I reached out through Bark for a family that goes to my church. As their pastor I knew they needed professional grief therapy.
Not only was Dr Bellamy responsive, she has made herself available after hours and has done everything possible to support this struggling family. I can’t thank her enough, they are doing so much better now and joy has started to return.
Thank you Dr Bellamy, we wish you and your family many blessings. The work you do is Gods work. God bless you and yours.

Most people don’t know how to handle grief from losing a pet. I sunk down so low because I didn’t think people would understand. When I reached out to Reese I didn’t know what to expect but I never expected to feel so comfortable and supported from the 1st session. My cat wasn’t just a cat, she was part of my immediate family. Reese immediately put me at ease and I trust her thoughtful approach. Thank u Reese, so thankful I found you. More...

I wasnt sure who to talk to when my cat died and I felt like I was constantly crying and being overly emotional. Reece is so eloquent in the way she addresses grief. I’ve never heard people talk about grief the way she does and I just love it. I know now that what I feel is normal and he was cat but he was also my family. What do you love most about your job?
People often reach out to us at the lowest moment in their lives. We love knowing we can compassionately sit with them and the challenges and hardships they’re facing. When they’re ready, we walk with them through the healing process. Watching a human being transform and start to value themselves is the greatest job in the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw a gap in services for people that had concerns with their career AND personal mental health. We wanted to create a space that can treat the whole person. We even have a wellness coach and nutritionist our clients can use. The whole person is our client, we’re here for them all the way.
Why should our clients choose you?
A client should only choose us if they feel the spark of comfortability. Starting coaching can feel scary and intimidating, it’s our job to allow you the time and space you need to feel comfortable. We never try to “sell” our services to clients. We know the value we bring to our clients and sincerely appreciate the trust they extend to us with such vulnerable topics and feelings.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All of our services are through various remote platforms. Occasionally Reese travels to client locations to conduct executive and leadership trainings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We function in a 100% virtual environment now. COVID forced us all to learn to connect through virtual platforms. The silver lining is that now we get to assist people all over the country and they can open vulnerable topics in the comfort of their own home…pajamas welcome!
Life Coaching
I’m a psychologist-trained life coach who cuts through the noise and gets people moving. My work blends emotional intelligence, executive-function support, and straight-up accountability to help clients break their patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and build the kind of clarity and confidence they’ve dreamed of having.
Career Coaching
I help people get unstuck, get strategic, and get hired without spiraling into career-identity chaos. My approach blends psychology, executive-function support, and direct, no-nonsense guidance. We clarify your strengths, sharpen your communication, build a résumé that actually matches your goals, and develop interview skills that don’t collapse under pressure.
Coaching for Neurodivergent Clients
I work with neurodivergent adults who are tired of being told to “just try harder.” My coaching blends psychology, structure, and zero-shame honesty to help you make sense of your brain instead of fighting it. We build routines that actually match your wiring, strengthen executive-function skills, reduce overwhelm, and develop communication strategies that keep your relationships and work life from turning into chaotic group projects. This is practical support for all neurodivergent clients.
Grief and Bereavement Coaching
I support people who are grieving in all the ways that grief actually shows up: the numb days, the rage days, the “functioning but not really” days. My approach blends clinical training with grounded, compassionate guidance so you don’t have to navigate loss alone or feel pressured to “move on.” We work on regulating the nervous system, rebuilding routines, making space for the pain instead of fighting it, and slowly reconnecting to meaning without pretending the loss didn’t change everything.
Confidence Coaching
I help people rebuild confidence from the inside out — not the fake-it-till-you-burn-out version, but the grounded kind that comes from emotional clarity, self-regulation, and actually trusting your own voice. My approach blends psychological insight with direct, practical coaching to cut through self-doubt, overthinking, and the habits that keep you shrinking. We work on communication, boundaries, presence, and the internal patterns that sabotage your sense of worth. Lets do it!
