Gerard was really great at pairing nutrition as well as training together which helped me reach my goals faster.I also learned the importance of proper exercise technique and how each workout affects different muscles and how to improve your strength and endurance via different methods of training . .Overall he was very motivational and very effective at asking me how my body was feeling and communicating what we were doing in order to help me get through the workouts and meal plans ..I recommend hiring Gerard if your in need is a great trainer and someone to push you towards meeting your health and body needs More...

Great training!
It gave me so much energy and inspiration.
Sometimes all we need is a little encouragement. I did many more things after the workout and I woke up sore but feeling great. Hope to become consistent at it.
I felt amazing after only a few workouts with Gerard.
He is a great motivator.
Very knowledgeable, professional, genuine and kind. thank you for taking the time to analyze my situation and for studying the best plan for me

Training with Gerard’s is simply awesome! I’ve been seeing some real gains since I started working with him. His effective approach to fitness makes every session enjoyable and productive.

Ive been working with G Force Fitness for about 3 months now and I can honestly say its been the best experience of my fitness journey…I’ve lost 40lbs of fat and gained 15lbs of lean muscle . .I always have a great workout with Gerard and he’s so knowledgeable about nutrition and supplements that I’ve learned to eat more healthy foods and calories then before and yet I’m still losing body fat and gaining the toned body I’ve always dreamed of.. The workouts are always changing and he’s very good at working around my old injuries and making sure he takes the time to teach me about what the exercises are good for and how they affect my muscles and overall body …If you’re looking for more then just a trainer I highly recommend hiring him ..He’s changed my overall health and fitness and taught me about the science of nutrition and supplements and how to change my metabolism and body even after menopause ..I am highly pleased wiht my results in such a short time ..I’ll continue to train with him now and if you want to get in shape fast in a beautiful gym space he’s your guy More...

It’s the most important part pf the entire program ..Health is wealth and with a proper balanced diet and nutritional supplements you can help your body achieve fat loss and muscle gain as well as heal your body from the inside out ..once you’ve learned how to eat to achieve your desired body you will learn that your macros (proteins fats and carbs ) are here to keep us healthy . Your diet is really like the key to any changes internally and cosmetically too . I’m a nutritionist as well as a trainer and if your working out and not feeding the body what it needs or fixing your hormones and metabolism it won’t matter what you do in the gym ..You can’t out train a bad diet .

I help my clients achieve there fitness goals though training and nutrion and by building programs specifically designed to there bodies and injuries and work to motivate and hold them accountable…I generally like to start of with small goals and once we’ve reached them we start working on another goal..This keeps the mind and body fresh and also gives the brain a little boost when they see progress or feel like they’re making changes.

There’s really no secret pill or anything of that nature ..In reality it takes time and consistency and effort and pushing through it when u don’t want to hence why they hire me to help teach them how to eat and what to do pre and post workout and how to track and learn about how and what food does to the body .I show them that in order to achieve the body of there dreams it takes hard work and rest and time and most of all the patience needed to learn new skills and the perseverance to keep going ..Nothing worth anything is easy or handed to you …Hard work equals success.
