Courtney is beyond fantastic! From the beginning of just planning what I need and what would look great for my mom’s 70th birthday decor, to actually piecing it together and hanging…she’s definitely a pro! The balloon garland looked gorgeous and just the perfect touch to liven up a room. We ordered the huge round balloons with tassels and everyone just got a kick out of how cute they were. Courtney was very concise and prompt. Her customer service is just what you need. 100% I am using Franklin Celebrations again for my decorating needs! More...
