We recently completed renovations on two of our bathrooms with Five Star Bath Solutions. The first project, carried out last year in 2023, involved converting a bathtub into a standing shower to accommodate my elderly mother. The second project was a recent upgrade to our master bathroom earlier this year. Throughout both renovations, the entire process was remarkably smooth. The team at Five Star Bath Solutions provided us with a comprehensive overview of the materials and even presented visual 3D models, allowing us to envision the final outcome before committing to the project. Work commenced according to the agreed-upon schedule, and the workers were consistently courteous and professional from the initial preparation stages through to completion. Their respectful and friendly demeanor made the renovation experience pleasant. Well done and professional from initial contact through final close out. I was initially attracted to the lifetime warranty on work as it implied a commitment to quality and, so far, I have not been disappointed. The advisor was very helpful in explaining the options and work to be done and worked with us to address some cost concerns (cost was a little more than I had originally expected). The work consisted of: -Shower replacement (which included tearing out a small half-wall) -Replacement of flooring throughout bathroom -Replace bathroom light fixtures and vent fan -Removal of a very large wall mirror and replacing it with a couple of smaller mirrors The guys doing the work itself were all prompt, courteous, and professional. They covered areas to help keep it clean, then cleaned up working areas after they were done. Also, if there were questions about how something should look they would stop and ask. Bath tub to shower conversion project. We were impressed by the team that did the work, the materials used are remarkable and they took the time to make sure our schedule and theirs were compatible and went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect even when there were unexpected previously unseen conditions that needed repairing. Roger is great with working with you on any financial issues and Jaime made sure that everything was to our satisfaction when installing the peripheral things like the shelves and shower head and towel bars and shower doors. The installation happened right on schedule and the installers were right on time. They didn’t leave a speck of dust or dirt in our home. The product is beautiful and looks like real marble. The pex plumbing lines they used to replace our copper lines will likely last longer than the house. They were careful to ensure that there weren’t any gaps between their product and the sheetrock, floor tile or anything where they installed new product. They were able to replace our rounded tub surround without any issues. Five Star staff and installation professionals were top-notch. I had a wonderful experience using five star Bath solutions for my bathroom remodel. The quality of work has been outstanding. The work was finished on time without any issue. Incidentally I ran into some plumbing issues at the house during the same time, and Rakesh was wonderful enough to look at the issues and fix that as well although it was not secondary to the work that Five Star Bath Solutions had done for me.
