We had an absolutely exceptional experience welcoming Adam into our home to cook for us. We hosted a last minute dinner party for 9 people. Adam's communication was amazing from the very beginning. He accommodated all our our requests and sent multiple amazing menu options. He was flexible in helping us craft the experience we were looking for. We were absolutely blown away with the dishes he cooked for us. We had a 6 course tasting menu. Each dish was unique yet complimentary. It truly was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. When we were planning our yearly Christmas bash at my mom's place, we wanted a caterer who'd bring something special to the table.
And wow, did Devils Food deliver! These folks were amazing from the get-go, blending professionalism with a dash of magic in everything they did.
The food was the real star of the show. Adam and his team whipped up a feast that had everyone talking. They really nailed it with a mix of classic favorites and some new twists that had us all coming back for seconds (okay, maybe thirds). And they were super cool about making sure the menu had something for everyone.
In short, Adam at Devils Food was a game-changer for our Christmas party. Great food, awesome service, and just a great group of people to work with. Can't wait to have them back for our next big event!

What’s your signature dish?
The offerings vary with the seasons. My signature dish is definitely the chicken, but if I had to choose the highlight of all my dishes, it would be the Chocolate Buddino Dessert. It's a pot de crème served with peanut brittle and seasoned whipped cream.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I make an effort to personalize each menu for them individually.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy cooking for others because it makes them happy, and in turn, it brings me joy as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lost my job during the pandemic, which motivated me to start a business.

I have several years of professional experience. One of the things I love to do is write menus tailored to people's palates.

All my services are provided remotely, except for cooking classes. I will travel to your home to cook for you and your friends or family, providing a remarkable and unforgettable experience.
