Chef Josh Bartolomeo was superb. If it were possible, I would give him a 1000 star rating. From the beginning with the booking until the end with the clean-up everything was so far above what I expected.

He was very accommodating with my budget. He was very kind, very pleasant & very easy to work with.

He surprised us with custom linens & dinnerware at no charge. Not to mention that the food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!!!!

Chef Josh & his wonderful staff exceeded expectations. They are a MUST hire for your event, they all fit right into our Fourth of July gathering as if they were family. The food was out of this world!!!! The details that went into every single dish & AMAZING signature cocktail were superb. Next level. He handled it ALL, the shopping (All organic), the cooking and the CLEANING. He checked on myself, my husband and ALL guests. Seriously all of them. I had guests calling me saying how impressed they were with not just the food but the service. He took the time to get their name. Unheard of these days. I was impressed that Chef Josh took the time to shoot a couple hoops with our friends’ son. They showed our little one how to hit the ping pong ball. Chef Josh cooked for a private dinner in Temecula for my bachelorette party and let me just say he blew my expectations out of the water! There was not one thing that I did not enjoy. Leading up to the dinner Chef Josh answered any and all questions I had about potential food that would be served to my guests.
