Nick and the NSH Culinary team did an excellent job with a wedding I helped coordinate (I own Forget Me Knot Weddings). Before the wedding, Nick attended the final venue walk-through and was very thorough with questions to ensure we were all on the same page. The day-of the wedding, the team showed up on time and set up the venue. The food was delicious (steak cooked on-site for freshness) and presented nicely.
