David Mejias of Epic Mejias Films brought my eighteen-year project to a successful, highly professional, and masterfully creative conclusion. The short documentary, "Unseen American Dream," tells the story of a blind couple raising their own sighted twins. I started the project when the twin were two years old and underwent so many false starts and even option agreements with three different producers for a reality tv show. But when the networks passed I focused back on my first notion of a documentary and went through another gauntlet of potential development partners. And then, in 2024, I met Davaid Mejias, who signed on, sifted through over 40 hours of former footage, conducted new interviews, and brought the film together!! His total professionalism and dedication was beyond anything I had experienced! And he has a passion for storytelling and keen insight into the story itself. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We’ve implemented enhanced sanitization protocols for equipment between shoots, strongly recommend outdoor or well-ventilated indoor filming where possible, and strictly adhere to local health guidelines during production in the area.
