Hiring EP events for our wedding at the Thayer was the best decision we could have made. I was very particular with my music choices and they let me have free rein and honored all of my requests. They handled our ceremony music and uplighting as well. The space was absolutely beautiful. We had cold sparklers and dry ice which they timed perfectly for our first dance. Everyone had so much fun with the photo booth. Nick Jr. played acoustic guitar before the ceremony and during our cocktail hour which was such a special touch- he is so talented, everyone loved the music. Even Nick Sr sang a few songs when things slowed down while we were waiting for dinner to arrive. They really knew how to keep the party going. When our after party plans changed due to weather they happily jumped in to assist and accommodated adding another two hours onto our services at the last minute. I cannot recommend Ep Event Group enough! They made our wedding so simple and stress free. From the planning process to the wedding itself, every step of the way they made us feel so comfortable. And they worked with our budget, Nick even brought a free social sharing booth! A week prior to our wedding our incredible DJ Damien and Nick even met us at their showroom to go over everything one final time. They were so communicative and professional and helped ease our worry leading up to the big day. Damien was truly an amazing DJ. He is bilingual and kept both our Irish and Spanish family happy! He played all of our requests and had our guests dancing all night. As soon as the music started it was so clear that Damien was a pro. I can’t speak highly enough about him. Nick, for his part, performed Frank Sinatra for us live during dinner, a highlight of the night! We honestly couldn’t believe he wasn’t lip syncing. Our family hasn’t stopped talking about it. I spoke with the owner Nick, he was able to fit us into his busy schedule about a month out from our wedding (his company was working 8 weddings the day of our wedding and he still fit us in), his pricing was more than fair even though we were super close to our wedding, and he gave assigned us to one of his bilingual DJ’s Damion, which was incredible as he was able to tailor our music perfectly. Nick and Damion were both incredible to work with, highly responsive to texts/ calls and were very flexible with meeting in person to discuss planning and music selection. I truly loved having EP Event Group as my DJ and MC. Nick was very helpful with the whole process and during my planning for my wedding. He helped me with my timeline of the reception but also adapted when things changed in my timeline. We also had a final meeting before the wedding to go over any additional information we either for forgot to plan or making helpful suggestions to song options. One of the best things he did was for the important moments of the wedding (ceremony music, first dance, mother daughter dance, ect) he would reverify day of that the songs we had decided were still correct! I found this such a nice touch that wasn’t necessary but so thoughtful. Lastly, please have them do a live performance. It was such a fun party of the night that was so worth it! We absolutely loved working with EP Event Group! Nick and Brianna were fantastic live musicians who made our ceremony and cocktail hour feel so special and unique. Their audio setup was flawless—even with the ceremony space having no power (they ran everything off a generator they brought and you couldn’t hear). One of my biggest pet peeves is when a mic cuts out during vows, but everything was crystal clear the entire time for us! My sister and I decided to host a 40 surprise party for our mother. We happened to pass a storefront in cortlandt manor. We walk in and were totally blown away by all the showroom. We met John & Taylor. They showed us so many options- We chose a photo booth that was so much fun and John added a social booth for Free!!! Which we didnt realize how many family members would use this! we had over 300 shares and our parent were sent a link of all too them - A great memory- Taylor mentioned it might be a good idea to have Nick or Jerry perform live at the party - As my family loves Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack - so we hired Jerry as Nick was already committed to another event. Jerry was amazing!!! EP Event Group -Amazing Wedding Experience

We are so glad we chose EP Event Group. As you may know planning is stressful. From the start Nick & his team were incredible! All the others were concerned about payment deposit , not Nick, his policy was pay what you can when you can - we opted for his Photo Video Package (which was the best we found out there) He allowed us to pay payments up to 6 months after our wedding as we just could not afford all at once- Both professionals Noah & Henri had completed our photos & video which was incredible and sent to us 2-3 months after our wedding. We did not even finish paying for it ! The wedding was flawless, We wanted Nick to perform for our grandparents as they are in their 70's. He did and even put their names in the song. The joy and smiles he brought to their faces was priceless. His DJ & MC Team led by Jerry & David quite honestly was so wonderful and accommodating . All our requests were played our introductions were done perfectly. Our wedding also involved 7 children 3 with special needs, They were all requesting songs and they did their best to keep them pleased - Cotton eyed Joe was on our do not playlist, but requested by one of the children. Jerry actually asked our permission to play which of course was fine with us- It was to say the least a hit for the kids & adults on the Dance floor! We cannot say enough about the level of service -communication, flexibility with pricing and payments, just a great celebration all around. Our wedding also involved 7 children 3 with special needs, They were all requesting songs and they did their best to keep them pleased - Cotton eyed Joe was on our do not playlist, but requested by one of the children. Jerry actually asked our permission to play which of course was fine with us- It was to say the least a hit for the kids & adults on the Dance floor! We cannot say enough about the level of service -communication, flexibility with pricing and payments, just a great celebration all around. We are so glad we chose Ep Event Group. As you may know planning is stressful. From the start Nick & his team were incredible! All the others were concerned about payment deposit , not Nick, his policy was pay what you can when you can - we opted for his Photo Video Package (which was the best we found out there) He allowed us to pay payments up to 6 months after our wedding as we just could not afford all at once- Both professionals Noah & Henri had completed our photos & video which was incredible and sent to us 2-3 months after our wedding. We did not even finish paying for it ! The wedding was flawless, We wanted Nick to perform for our grandparents as they are in their 70's. He did and even put their names in the song. The joy and smiles he brought to their faces was priceless. His DJ & MC Team led by Jerry & David quite honestly was so wonderful and accommodating . All our requests were played our introductions were done perfectly.
