What’s your signature dish?
I am known not so much for a signature dish as I am for a signature style. I created what I like to call Asian-Southern Fusion.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to sot down with my clients and find out from them exactly what their culinary needs and wants are. Then I create a tentative menu from the information gathered and we tweak that menu until they have the perfect menu!
What do you love most about your job?
I love the interaction with my clients and their families, friends and colleagues. I also love providing an unforgettable experience for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business out of need to provide a more personal experience for my clients and not some cookie cutter recipes for the masses. I love food and I love people , so what better way than to become a personal chef and work with the two things that I love the most!
Why should our clients choose you?
Bark clients should choose me because they will be hard pressed to find a "caterer" more in tune with their needs. I make it a point to give my clients exactly what they want or offer something even better. I will work with them to create a menu and service second to none and my staff understands my philosophy to give my clients more than they expect at each event!
