I took my daughter’s iPad in for screen replacement (it was completely shattered) yesterday. The guys were very professional, courteous, and helpful. The process was super quick: they took about three minutes worth of information from me and, even though they were busy, the iPad was done in a few hours. Really pricey for a $400 (after tax) iPad, but well worth it. They did a fantastic job and did it fast. It looks like I just pulled it out of the box. Highly recommend. More...

My husband and I both cracked the screens of our Lg stylo 5x phones. I'm a registered nurse and qualified for the 10% discount they have currently, but was told I had a better deal the last time I had it fixed so they honored that deal instead. Who can't use the extra savings right now?! We took the phones to Greg who did an excellent job. He is quick and professional. Our phones look brand new! I went to the Dr. Phone Fix in Oldsmar this morning because my i Phone was dead and would not charge. I fully expected to have to drop it off and return to pay a hefty fee. To my delight the technician quickly cleaned the charge port while I stood there and returned it with no charge. WOW! Customer Service is not dead after all!. Wow! 242 reviews on Google and almost ALL 5 -star! I can see why. I was in yesterday and Maria took care of me right away, with a pretty good explanation of the service. Then I came back in a couple hours and Jonathan, who had worked on my phone, came out to speak with me to explain what he had done. He performed several tests including on the charging port as well as a chemical bath. He said he could take apart the phone to investigate more but informed me of potential problems that could arise, so I could make a good decision. He explained to me where the motherboard is and how there could be a little corrosion in a corner where there is a crack. Although he didn't fix it 100% yet, the phone is actually working better! Before, it had turned off and on on its own every minute or so and now it stays on for minutes at a time, even 30 minutes! This means I can actually back up my information before I bring it back in. The price is extremely fair and I appreciate his time and expertise. Thanks again! More...

DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The screen broke on my tablet so I took it to a different repair center, upon opening it up they broke it even worse and had to send it off to get it fixed. 21 DAYS later my tablet still wasn’t repaired and was actually in worse condition than when I dropped it off initially.
