What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
It's all about reading the crowd and knowing when to play the right song at the right time! Sometimes that means staying in only a few genres of music, playing songs longer, or having quicker transitions. Other times the crowd reacts better to constantly switching up the music and tempo or just keeping vocals behind a steady beat. It truly all depends, but great DJ's are able to figure it out for every occasion.
Being able to build up the party energy and then knowing when to switch over to dance hits is also essential.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Generally speaking, a healthy mix of classic party favorites and new hits. My style is definitely more on the high energy dance side, but I've done many parties where only chill background vibes were needed.
Some genres I enjoy playing are Disco, 80's through early 2000's hip hip/R and B, dance remixes and mashups, reggaeton, dembow, mambo, afrobeats, alternative rock, EDM, latin and tribal house, and 90's classics.
What do you love most about your job?
Giving people a great experience! Music is so powerful and moving. It's very rewarding to see my selection of music giving a crowd that feeling of good energy, happiness, and joy.

I value and prioritize long lasting relationships with every client who books me. Which means not just being able to deliver on expectations but going above and beyond them; for example taking music requests in advance, having meetings to provide insight, and give recommendations to enhance their event.
