Mike, the CEO, came out to meet me personally and took my concerns with professionalism and eased the concerns. I do have some irks with how everything was conducted though. When I first handed over my laptop for a screen repair, they took their time in ordering an replacement, however I'm attributing the amount of time it took with the busy season, and in the end, it took over 2 weeks for my laptop to be fixed. Another thing that brings my rating down to a 4 star is that Mike didn't really acknowledge the price of the entire sceen repair, even when I asked. I will acknowledge that I did ask multiple questions, but it is a little annoying to have something as big as the price to be up in the air until you get the invoice. However, I do need to acknowledge some good aspects instead of focusing on all the bad aspects. A very big contributing factor to why it took so long for my repair was that the first screen that was ordered turned out to be faulty and didnt work; Mike had calmly told me the situation at my earliest avaliablity, and he said that he wanted to make it right by nit having me pay for the new screen that needed to be ordered. Overall, I had a great experience, with little bumps, and I would recommend for anyone in need of a repair service. More...
