Architectural and Engineering Design Services
DCI provides architectural design, structural engineering, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing engineering for all types of projects including commercial, residential, retail, religious, educational, interior buildouts, and industrial projects. Projects can range from $100K to $50M for individual buildings and $750M and up for mixed-use land development projects.
Real Estate Development Services
DCI provides real estate development management services for total project development. We provide pre-development services such as land master planning, conceptual building development, business plans, construction cost estimations, 3D visualization and color
renderings, for development stack presentations to perspective investors.
Construction Administration Management Services
DCI will provide project construction management services that includes site inspections, site documentation, processing of payment applications and shop drawings, and field reports with phot documentation. DCI teams with multiple general contractors to produce Design-Build projects, establish project development timeline schedules, etc.
