What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The photo should say something. What is the subject, what is it doing and how should it be photographed to emphasize what it's try to say. Every time I take a photo I am trying to tell a story.

What is the total working time of the shoot? (This is less of an issue if there is no hair or makeup)

I enjoy turning an idea into an image. Working with the client to understand what they need and then delivering on their idea is a great feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in a corporate job for almost 20 years. I found that during COVID I enjoyed being home with my kid. When we went back to the offices, I found myself thinking about places to take photos and videos. Later the company I worked for closed the office in Denver and I decided to go full time in photography and videography and it's been great.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a broad background that helps me understand the requirements and the pressures that corporate clients need. I've taken family photos when the kids have skipped their naps (it happens all the time). I've filmed and photographed bears in the wilds of Alaska. I've filmed race cars as the smoke and rubber from the tires wash over me and the camera. Point being, I'm willing to adapt and overcome challenges to get the client the images they want.

Yes. I am happy to teach any of my classes via Facetime or Google meetings. I can also provide product photography with the exception of perishable foods that would not survive transit.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My equipment is cleaned after every shoot. Local Covid-19 guidelines are always observed.

Videography
Digital video services using the latest high end camera systems. I use Sony cameras for my daily work but also have a RED for shoots that require more flexibility in footage. The cameras allow footage to be 8k, 4k, or 1080.
