Working as a hospital administrator meant my schedule changed constantly. Long days, high stress, and inconsistent hours made sticking to a traditional fitness routine almost impossible.

I had tried several gyms and different workout programs over the years, but none of them fit my lifestyle. They expected me to build my schedule around fitness instead of building fitness around my schedule.

Coach Curtis’s approach was exactly what I needed.

The 30-minute sessions fit perfectly into my week, and because every workout was structured with intention, I never felt like I was sacrificing results because the sessions were shorter.

Even within my first four weeks, I noticed significant changes. My posture improved, everyday aches became less noticeable, and I felt stronger performing routine daily activities. My clothes fit differently, I had more muscle definition, and I found myself standing taller and moving with greater confidence.

What impressed me most was that recovery was treated as part of the program rather than something separate from it. Coach Curtis explained how training, nutrition, and recovery all worked together, and for the first time I understood why previous programs had left me exhausted instead of progressing.

This wasn’t just another personal training program. It was a complete system that respected my career, my time, and my long-term health. I genuinely feel stronger, healthier, and more capable than I have in years, and I’m excited to continue through the remainder of my 12-week transformation.

As a corporate attorney in Manhattan, my schedule is relentless. Between client meetings, court deadlines, and long hours at the office, I convinced myself I simply didn’t have enough time to get back into shape. I assumed meaningful results required spending an hour or more in the gym several days a week.

Coach Curtis completely changed that mindset.

From our very first consultation, he explained that the goal wasn’t to spend more time training—it was to train with purpose. Every 30-minute session was planned, structured, and incredibly focused. There was no wasted time and no random exercises. Every movement had a reason.

What surprised me most was how much emphasis he placed on movement quality, posture, and recovery. Before increasing the intensity, he corrected weaknesses and movement patterns I didn’t even know I had. Within just eight weeks, my posture noticeably improved, my shoulders felt stronger, and the stiffness I had accepted as ‘normal’ from sitting behind a desk all day was dramatically reduced.

Physically, I developed visible muscle definition throughout my chest, shoulders, and back while feeling stronger during everyday activities. My energy improved, my confidence increased, and I actually looked forward to training because I knew every session had a purpose.

The biggest surprise wasn’t that the workouts were only 30 minutes—it was how much they accomplished in those 30 minutes. Coach Curtis didn’t simply train me. He taught me how to train intelligently. It has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health.

Working w Curtis was so much fun, even when I working my ass off and partially was angered by him for it😂. We discussed so many topics. I was achieving my goals as an aspiring professional dancer and learning more about myself in the process. you will be trained in discipline physically and mentally. As a stripper I felt comfortable being open about my work and about certain aspects that come with the lifestyle. This was a huge relief to not worry about any judgements. I feel stronger and more motivated physically and mentally after working with him. The only reason I had to stop was because I needed to adjust my budget after moving. If you’re looking for a reason to say fuck it and work with a personal trainer, this is the person to do it with. He is curious about how you tick and what will work for you. More...

I was fifty-seven years old, two hundred and eight pounds, obese, constantly out of breath, dealing with high blood pressure, asthma, and the consequences of years of poor lifestyle choices. Every New Year, I told myself this would be the year I changed but it never lasted. Especially once Ramadan came, everything stopped. I didn’t know how to train while fasting, and I definitely didn’t know how to rebuild momentum afterward. So every year, I started over from zero.

When I met Curtis, he didn’t speak to me like a man chasing weight loss. He spoke to me like a man rebuilding structure. That was new for me.

From the beginning, he didn’t shame my condition or rush the process. He studied how I moved, how I breathed, how quickly I fatigued. He asked questions that made me think differently not about my weight, but about my habits, my consistency, and my responsibility to my own body.

What stood out most was how he approached my mentality. Curtis isn’t a religious man, but he is a man of deep faith and I recognized that immediately. During one session, we spoke briefly about discipline, intention, and consistency. That led to a conversation about Ramadan, and even the Qur’an. He didn’t pretend to know what he didn’t. Instead, he listened. He asked thoughtful questions. He was genuinely open to learning.

That mattered to me more than he probably realized. For the first time, I felt like someone truly understood how important my faith walk was and how training had to work with it, not against it. Curtis built a system that allowed me to train intelligently during Ramadan and, just as importantly, establish a strong routine afterward so I didn’t fall off again.

Four years later, I am not the same man.

I move better. I breathe better. I’m no longer constantly out of breath. My strength has increased steadily. My body composition changed naturally over time without obsession. My blood pressure is no longer something that controls my life. Most importantly, my lifestyle is no longer seasonal or dependent on motivation.

Curtis didn’t give me a program. He gave me structure.
He didn’t chase my weight loss. He rebuilt my foundation.
And because of that, everything else followed.

This wasn’t a transformation based on hype or New Year promises. It was built patiently, respectfully, and intelligently over years. And that’s why it lasted.

JazakAllahu Khair, Coach Curtis

Leslie:
“I don’t speak much when I first meet people. I observe. I pay attention. I’ve worked with trainers before who mistook that for disinterest or tried to push me past what my body could handle. Living with PCOS, that never worked my energy, stress levels, and strength always felt unpredictable.

From the first session, Curtis didn’t rush me. He watched how I moved. He asked specific questions that made me feel seen without needing to explain myself. That mattered.”

“There was a session where I came in completely overloaded mentally and physically. Curtis noticed immediately. He didn’t pry or try to motivate me. He asked one simple question:
‘What feels unstable today?’

That shifted everything. The session slowed down. Movements became more intentional. He explained just enough for me to understand the purpose, then let my body respond. I left feeling grounded instead of drained.”

“Before training with Curtis, my energy and strength fluctuated constantly. Now I feel physically stable, stronger week to week, and far more in control of how my body responds both in training and in daily life. My body no longer feels like something I have to manage. It feels like something I can trust.”

Paula:
“I’m very different from my sister. I ask questions. I need clarity. With arthritis and early osteoporosis, I wasn’t willing to guess with my joints. I’d worked with trainers before who either avoided loading completely or pushed without understanding the risk.

Within the first five minutes of the assessment, I had a strong feeling Curtis could handle both of us. Not because he talked a lot but because he didn’t. He was calm, grounded, and precise. That kind of confidence is rare.”

“There was a day I came in ready to challenge everything loading, progressions, joint safety. Curtis didn’t match my intensity or shut it down. He simply said,
‘Let’s test what your body can already do today before we decide what it can’t.’

That changed the entire session. No arguing. No fear. Just structure.”

“Before working with Curtis, I avoided loading because I didn’t trust my joints. Now I train with confidence, lift heavier without pain, and move through daily life without constantly thinking about my limitations. I feel strong instead of fragile and that has changed everything.”

Together:
“What stands out most is that Curtis trained both of us in the same session but never treated us the same. He met each of us exactly where we were, mentally and physically, without forcing anything.”

“He never tried to convince us. The system did that.”

“Today, we’re both stronger, more capable, and more at ease in our bodies than we’ve ever been despite dealing with conditions most coaches don’t know how to work with properly. Curtis didn’t just train us. He gave us structure, clarity, and trust in our bodies again.”

Before working with Coach Curtis, I was mentally and physically exhausted. As a former competitive wrestler and powerlifter, I had always been strong, muscular, and built dense. At 5’10” and 205 pounds, no matter how disciplined I was—no matter how “clean” I ate or how hard I trained—I could not achieve the lean, low–body-fat physique I wanted. I had already worked with five trainers, followed countless plans, and still couldn’t get anywhere near my goal of 170–175 pounds.

On top of that, I was dealing with chronic plantar fasciitis and a persistent quadratus lumborum issue that prevented me from squatting, deadlifting, sprinting, or training the way I identified with as an athlete. I felt defeated—like my body was working against me and that maybe this was just “how I was built.”

I was introduced to Coach Curtis through a friend of a friend who had trained with him for three years and had experienced very similar struggles with body weight, mass, and injuries. From our very first evaluation, I knew this was different.

Coach Curtis didn’t talk to me about “dieting.” Instead, he talked to me about meal prepping—a concept that immediately brought relief. He took the time to learn what foods I already enjoyed and was currently eating, then structured a meal-prep system around my taste preferences, lifestyle, and training demands. Nothing felt extreme, restrictive, or punishing. For the first time, nutrition felt sustainable, empowering, and realistic. I remember feeling genuinely grateful and relieved hearing his approach because it finally felt like something I could maintain long-term.

Equally impactful was how he addressed my injuries. Coach Curtis taught me how to perform trigger point (pressure point) therapy using tools like yoga tune-up balls, foam rollers, and lacrosse balls. He paired this with intelligent mobility work that blended Pilates- and yoga-based movements and poses, customized to my body and limitations. Within the first month, I noticed dramatic improvements in my strength, balance, and mobility. Pain no longer dictated my training, and I began moving with confidence again—not just in the gym, but in everyday life.

One of the most defining moments came during my initial evaluation. Coach Curtis told me that aiming for 170–175 pounds was reasonable—but then he said something that completely reignited a fire in me that I hadn’t felt in years:

“I don’t want you focusing on numbers on a scale. I want you focusing on numbers you move—how much resistance you push, pull, and control. You’re a wrestler. You’re a powerlifter. You’re a strength athlete by nature. And athletes like you don’t need to abandon what they love to become lean—you refine it.”

That statement changed everything for me.

Instead of asking me to disassociate from my identity as a strength athlete, Coach Curtis showed me how to leverage it. He helped me understand that I didn’t have to sacrifice strength to achieve leanness—or sacrifice performance to feel confident in my body. He taught me that by improving what I already loved—strength, power, and capability—I could give birth to an entirely new love: the way I look, feel, and move through my day-to-day life, inside and outside the gym.

Fast forward three years later, and I am still training with Coach Curtis—and I have no intention of stopping anytime soon. His knowledge, precision, and care go far beyond sets and reps. He has helped me rebuild trust in my body, reclaim my athletic identity, and achieve results I once believed were impossible.

Coach Curtis is not just an incredible coach—he’s a game-changer. And I am beyond grateful to be one of his athletes.

P.S. I’m currently sitting at 180 pounds of lean muscle at around 8% body fat—and I absolutely love it. I feel stronger, more stable, and more capable than I ever have in my life. Last summer, I started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and this year I’m planning to join a powerlifting club for the first time in six years—something I never thought I’d feel this ready or excited to do again.

P.P.S. And yes… I’ve officially got a booty now, which I never had before—so that’s a win too.

I’ve been an avid runner and athlete for most of my life, so when I reached a point where running long distances or even bending over caused pain, it felt deeply unsettling. What began as discomfort slowly altered how I moved, how I trained, and eventually how often I trained at all. Over time, that shift affected my conditioning, my body composition, and my overall sense of self. It spilled into my work, my personal life, and my role as a wife and mother in ways I didn’t immediately recognize but couldn’t ignore.

Working with Coach Curtis marked a clear turning point. I initially came to him as a trainer, but I quickly realized I was stepping into something far more comprehensive. Before meeting him, I had never truly understood what a corrective exercise specialist was. The way he approached assessment, movement, and progression felt several levels beyond what I had experienced before—almost like a physical therapist and personal trainer combined, but elevated in both precision and execution.

As we worked together, my strength and mobility improved in ways that were both noticeable and measurable. Movements that once caused hesitation became stable. Patterns that had been compromised were rebuilt with intention. My body didn’t just feel better—it moved better, supported itself better, and responded with a level of resilience I hadn’t felt in years. The improvement wasn’t gradual in the way I expected; it compounded quickly as each correction unlocked the next layer of progress.

One session in particular stands out. I had a moment where the weight of everything—pain, frustration, fear of never returning to who I was as an athlete—caught up to me. I broke down, convinced that I had lost something permanently. Coach Curtis met that moment with a level of honesty and clarity that I deeply respect. He told me, very directly, that I was right—I would never be the athlete I once was. Then he explained why that wasn’t a loss. Going back would mean moving backward. What had happened to me happened for a reason, and not despite me, but for my growth. I wasn’t meant to return to who I was—I was meant to surpass her. And, in his words, I already had. I just hadn’t realized it yet.

I had never looked at my situation that way before. That perspective changed everything.

I’m naturally private and to the point, but this experience deserves to be shared because it was that meaningful. Coach Curtis didn’t just help me rebuild strength and mobility—he reframed how I see myself as an athlete and as a person moving forward.

My sincere gratitude and respect go to Coach Curtis, not only for his exceptional skill as a coach and corrective exercise specialist, but for the integrity, conviction, and presence he brings to his work. The impact of this coaching has been profound, and I’m genuinely thankful.

When I first came to New York to care for a sick relative, my life was structured and goal-oriented, but my body felt completely out of balance. I’ve always struggled to sustain weight gain on my own or with other trainers, especially in my lower body—hips, thighs, glutes. I wanted to feel fuller, thicker, and stronger so I could have more control over my body.

Now, full disclosure, I have to apologize to the readers for getting a little playful here… but part of why I wanted to train with Curtis was to twerk a little more and have a little more junk in my trunk. And yes, that’s as honest as it gets!

I was skeptical at first—not just because I like structure and planning—but because of my frame and my job as a stripper. With previous male trainers, the moment I mentioned it, I’d feel uncomfortable, awkward, and judged. That was not the case with Curtis. From the first session, I realized he was not only professional, but also a guiding light and a big brother—someone who knew how to lead me, support me, and push me beyond my limits without ever making me feel unsafe or judged. He is, to this day, that steady, calm, firm, and wise presence in my life.

Curtis’s approach is deliberate and intelligent. He built my lower body strength, helped me gain mass in the right places, improved my mobility and posture, and taught me how to connect with my body in a way I’d never experienced before.

But here’s a fun little disclaimer before I brag: yes, I’m about to talk numbers, but I promise it’s funny and in the Sabrina way.

My upper body strength skyrocketed—I can now do 5–7 pull-ups on my own, bench press 135 lbs five times, and deadlift… well, let’s just say I lift enough to make me feel bad-ass and my cousin nervous. The real magic? My core and upper body strength has taken my aerial performance on the pole to a whole new level. Now, when I work the pole, I have so much control and grace that even the pole slightly bows as I set up for my spins—yes, that’s in the Sabrina way, and yes, I’m very proud of it. My more advanced moves feel effortless, powerful, and… let’s just say a little seductive in all the right ways.

Month after month, my thighs, hips, and glutes got thicker and stronger, my upper body and core are built like a well-oiled machine, and my whole body is finally balanced, powerful, and graceful. Mentally and spiritually, I feel aligned, confident, and unstoppable.

Now, I feel powerful, balanced, and in total control—both on stage and in life. Curtis didn’t just train my body; he helped me own it. He’s a coach, mentor, and a true guiding light.

I highly recommend Coach Curtis to anyone who wants real, smart results—and maybe a little extra junk in their trunk while they’re at it.

Fucking Awesome. Period!!

My name is Donna, and before I met Coach Curtis, I honestly felt trapped in my own body.

When I was younger, I was diagnosed with PCOS, and by adulthood I was about 30 pounds overweight. I couldn’t touch my toes—like, not even close. Squatting down? Forget it. Any attempt ended with me basically flopping instead of moving like a capable adult. Strength, mobility, confidence—none of it felt available to me.

Physically, I felt stiff, weak, and disconnected.
Mentally, I was discouraged and quietly ashamed.
Spiritually… I felt off. Unaligned. Like I wasn’t respecting my body or myself.

And here’s a little TMI but real moment: I hated looking at myself in the mirror. I’d suck it in, turn sideways, adjust the lighting—anything to avoid seeing how uncomfortable I felt in my own skin. I told myself, “This is just how it is now.” That mindset was bullshit—but I didn’t know it yet.

Then I met Coach Curtis.

From day one, his presence was different. Calm. Stern. Balanced. He wasn’t loud or aggressive, but he was clear, and that clarity mattered. He gave me firm direction and made it very clear that the direction mattered—while still making me feel safe, supported, and respected. The ball was always in my court, but I never once felt like I was alone. I knew he had my back. Always.

What really blew my mind was how uniquely he approached me. He didn’t just chase my surface-level goals. He saw past them and built something bigger—strength, mobility, confidence, discipline, and trust in my body. He worked with my history, my hormones, my limitations, and still pushed me beyond what I thought was possible.

Fast forward to now?

I’m strong.
I can touch my toes.
I can squat properly—without flopping like a mess.
My body moves with control, power, and intention.

Mentally, I’m calmer, clearer, and more confident.
Spiritually, I feel grounded and aligned again.
Aesthetically? I look in the mirror now and think, “Damn… okay.”

Coach Curtis didn’t just train my body—he helped me rebuild my relationship with it. And honestly? The work he’s done with me is fucking amazing.

I’m beyond grateful—and I’m still growing.

Thank you, thank you, Coach Curtis. I fucking love you for this—for believing in me before I could, and for never letting me settle. 💪

At 47 years old, I never thought I’d feel like an athlete again—especially not stronger than I was in college.

In my early 20s, I was a collegiate track athlete, and my entire identity was built around finishing my college career on the track. That dream ended abruptly with a torn quad injury. One moment I was competing at a high level, and the next, my athletic career was over. That injury didn’t just end my time in track—it sent me into a downward spiral personally.

I went from 170 pounds of lean muscle at around 5% body fat to a completely sedentary lifestyle. I became a family man, inactive, unmotivated, and slowly accepted the mindset that my best physical days were behind me. Over the years, the weight piled on, and before I knew it, I had ballooned up to 240 pounds. I had lost hope, confidence, and any belief that my body could ever move—or look—like it once did.

To be honest, I was extremely reluctant to train, let alone hire a professional. I didn’t trust that anyone could understand my injury history or what I had lost. I showed up unmotivated and skeptical.

But from the very first week, I knew Coach Curtis was different.

He didn’t treat me like a broken former athlete or a middle-aged man trying to “get back in shape.” He rebuilt me intelligently—addressing my old quad injury, restoring my mobility, and progressively rebuilding my strength from the ground up. Month after month, I started to blossom physically and mentally. My body responded in ways I hadn’t felt since college.

By six months, something unbelievable happened—I was sprinting again.

Over the course of two years training with Curtis, my strength and mobility didn’t just return—they surpassed my collegiate levels. Aesthetically, my body completely transformed. I dropped from 240 pounds down to 178 pounds, rebuilding a lean, powerful frame that I honestly never thought I’d see again.

Curtis didn’t just give me my body back—he gave me back a part of my identity I thought was gone forever. I’m stronger, more mobile, more confident, and more capable now at 47 than I was in my early 20s.

I would recommend Coach Curtis to anyone—especially former athletes, busy professionals, or anyone who believes their best physical days are behind them. His knowledge, precision, and ability to rebuild the body the right way are unmatched. If you’re serious about reclaiming your strength, mobility, confidence, and identity, Coach Curtis is the coach you want in your corner.

The Man!!!

Before training with Coach Curtis, I was 5’6”, 200 lbs, stuck in a body that never responded no matter how hard I worked. I had a pear-shaped physique—stubborn belly fat, skinny arms, oversized thighs and hips—and I couldn’t reduce fat in those areas or build lean muscle up top. On top of that, I dealt with forward shoulders, constant low- and mid-back pain, and daily discomfort that made training frustrating and inconsistent.

Mentally, it wore me down. My confidence was low, stress was high, and I felt like my body was working against me.

Training with Curtis completely changed that. His approach wasn’t generic—it was targeted. He corrected my posture, strengthened my upper body, and addressed the muscle imbalances that were causing my pain. Over time, my shoulders pulled back, my back pain disappeared, my waist leaned out, my arms filled in, and my lower body finally started to rebalance.

The psychological shift was just as big. My confidence skyrocketed, my stress levels dropped, and I felt a noticeable boost in testosterone and energy. I remember finishing workouts after long workdays feeling calm, focused, and powerful instead of exhausted.

Curtis didn’t just help me lose fat and build muscle—he reversed years of pain, imbalance, and frustration. This is the first time my body feels strong, aligned, and truly under my control.

Before working with Coach Curtis, my life felt like it was slowly crumbling.

At 5’10” and 230 pounds, I wasn’t just carrying extra weight—I was carrying exhaustion, frustration, and the constant feeling that no matter what I tried, nothing worked. I wanted change desperately, but after seeing no results for years, I felt trapped in a body that no longer felt like mine. My energy was gone, my confidence was low, and my health felt like it was slipping further out of my control.

Then I started training with Coach Curtis—and everything changed.

From the very beginning, Curtis didn’t focus on what was “wrong” with me. He saw my potential. He gave me structure when my life felt chaotic, discipline when motivation failed, and belief when I had none left. This wasn’t just about workouts—it was a complete transformation of my mindset, habits, and identity.

Fast forward to today, and I weigh ___ pounds—but more importantly, I look and feel like a completely new woman.

My body is lean, athletic, and powerful. I have a visible six-pack, defined arms, and legs that feel strong and sculpted. My core is tight, my posture is confident, and my entire body feels firm, capable, and alive from head to toe. I don’t just look fit—I feel strong in everything I do. Clothes fit effortlessly, my reflection finally matches how energized I feel inside, and my confidence is undeniable.

The woman who once felt heavy, tired, and stuck is now electric, disciplined, and unstoppable.

Training with Coach Curtis didn’t just reshape my body—it rebuilt my life. I wake up energized, move with purpose, and carry myself with pride. What once felt impossible is now my standard.

Coach Curtis didn’t just help me lose weight—he helped me reclaim my strength, my confidence, and my future.

Game changer and a reliable trainer you can count on in the long run. That’s the best way I can describe my experience with Coach Curtis Harris.

I first got to know Coach Curtis through a friend who trained with him back in college. Since then, I’ve been training with him on and off for nearly 10 years. Before Coach Curtis, I’ve never had a personal trainer before. I was stuck—plateaued in my workouts, frustrated with my lack of progress. I tried all kinds of things to change, but nothing really clicked until I started training with him.

He didn’t just train me, he truly understood who I am, my goals, my energy, and even how my background shapes my view on wellness. He has a way of breaking down every workout in the clearest terms, using both words and demonstrations to help you truly grasp its purpose. He always challenges my limit but not breaks my confidence. When I wanted to quit, he knew exactly what to say to keep me going. Every session felt thoughtfully crafted, every correction showed he cared, and with him, my figure transformed before I even noticed. My posture’s gotten way better—I noticed it when my parents pointed it out. It just happened!

I moved back to China a couple of years ago and trained with a few other coaches, but none of them felt as personal or consistent enough to keep me truly motivated. Thankfully, Coach Curtis isn’t just a fitness coach who sparked my love for boxing. Because of him, I built a solid foundation that allowed me to continue training at a local boxing gym. Even my coach back home, who’s a former professional fighter, was impressed with the results I achieved through my training with Coach Curtis.

Now that I travel frequently between China and the U.S., I make it a point to train with Coach Curtis whenever I’m back—because he’s simply the best. If you're looking for a coach who's not only knowledgeable but genuinely invested in your growth, Coach Curtis is the one. He’s more than just a coach—he’s a great mentor and a true friend.

Game-Changer. Life-Changer. That’s the best way I can describe my experience with Coach Curtis Harris.

I have been staying training with Curtis for almost 10years. And I don’t think I could find another trainer like him. When I first started training with Curtis, I had just moved to NYC and was navigating so many changes—new environment and new routines. And I was very overwhelmed with my finance job, which was heavy loaded with daily desktop works and was very stressful. I had worked with other trainers before, both in China and the U.S., but nothing felt personal or consistent enough to keep me motivated. I was stuck physically, since I started feeling issues with my back and neck. I had too little knowledge of my body and how I can change my lifestyle to fix it, until I met Curtis who is very knowledgeable and professional in training and how people’s body works. He totally provided me with a different approach in building up my body structure.

His training isn’t one-size-fits-all. He took the time to truly understand my goals, my schedule, my energy levels—even how my cultural background shaped my mindset around training and wellness. Every session was carefully planned, every correction came with intention, and every conversation reminded me that I was in capable hands.

What stood out the most was the mental transformation. He holds me accountable without ever making me feel judged. He challenges me without breaking my spirit. His approaches prove that the challenges and goals for me are reachable. That really makes me feel the sense of accomplishment.

Over the years, I’m stronger, leaner, and more energetic than I’ve been. But what matters even more is that I focus better, and I finally feel that I can fix my physical body issues with correct and professional training. And I learnt that time pays off, don’t rush for the results. You can trust Curtis. He is not only a trainer, but also a good friend, and a mentor.

Before I started training with Coach Curtis, I had worked with a few other trainers who pushed me way too hard right out the gate. It made the gym feel like something to dread instead of something to grow in, and I’d always end up quitting. Curtis was different. From day one, he took the time to really understand my strengths and my limitations. Now, over a year into training with him, I have full confidence every time I step into a workout, no fear, just progress.

Our sessions go beyond just physical training. We’ve touched on a lot of personal topics over time, but he’s never been pushy. He listens and responds from a place of experience and empathy. I lead the conversations, and he meets me where I am, always.

We both want to see each other win, not just in fitness, but in life and business. Even though we come from different religions, our talks aren’t about who’s right, they’re about learning, respect, and highlighting the positive values each belief brings. That mutual respect extends beyond me; Curtis shows genuine care and respect for my whole family, even though I’m the only one he trains.

Coach Curtis has been more than a trainer, he’s been a blessing in my life.

I can’t say enough about Curtis, an outstanding personal trainer whom I have had the privilege of working with for the past year. I was originally introduced to Curtis through our gym manager when I was looking for a trainer for my 15-year-old son. I hoped that working with a trainer might spark his interest in fitness. To my surprise, he connected with Curtis right away and became genuinely enthusiastic about going to the gym. One day, when my son couldn’t make his session, I decided to fill in—and I was immediately struck by Curtis’s exceptional expertise and approach to training. Since then, both my son and I have been training with Curtis twice a week, and it has been a game-changer for both of us.

At 58 years old, I can confidently say I am in the best shape of my life, thanks to Curtis. My flexibility, strength, and overall fitness have improved dramatically, and aches and pains that I once considered inevitable have disappeared. I have been a dedicated runner for 30 years and have completed several marathons. Before training with Curtis, I often experienced knee and back pain after my runs, sometimes feeling sore for days. Since working with him, not only has my pain disappeared, but my speed, stamina, and running technique have improved significantly. Curtis has helped me build muscles that had been underutilized for years, and he has refined my running form in ways I never thought possible. His deep understanding of biomechanics has made me a stronger, more efficient runner, allowing me to continue enjoying the sport for years to come.

Beyond his technical skills, Curtis is a dedicated and motivating trainer who genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. He has not only transformed my own fitness journey but has also made a lasting impact on my son, instilling in him a newfound appreciation for exercise. Curtis is a rare find in the fitness industry, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and results-driven trainer.

Sincerely,
Brian Brazzo, MD

Curtis is More Than a Trainer—He’s a Game Changer

Before I started working with Curtis, I felt stuck. No matter how hard I tried, I wasn’t seeing real progress, and it was frustrating. I had bounced between different workout programs and diets, but nothing seemed to make a lasting impact. To make matters worse, I had torn my rotator cuff years ago, and despite multiple rounds of physical therapy, I had resigned myself to the idea that my arm would never be the same. It felt like I would always be limited in what I could do.

Then I met Curtis, and everything changed.

Curtis is not just a trainer—he’s an expert in fitness, nutrition, and movement science. His knowledge of kinesiology, muscle activation, and injury recovery is on another level. He doesn’t just throw exercises at you; he understands exactly how the body works and customizes everything to fit your needs. With his guidance, I didn’t just work around my old injury—I rebuilt my strength. That same arm I thought was beyond repair is now just as strong as my dominant one. I never thought that would be possible.

But his expertise goes far beyond the physical. Curtis understands that training is just as much about the mind as it is about the body. He knows when to push, when to adjust, and how to motivate in a way that feels inspiring rather than overwhelming. He helped me break through mental barriers I didn’t even realize were holding me back, and because of that, I’ve achieved things I never thought I could.

Another thing that sets him apart is his flexibility. My schedule is packed, unpredictable, and often chaotic, but Curtis has never let that be an excuse. Whether it’s a last-minute session, a late-night or early-morning workout, meeting at his studio, my home gym, or even squeezing in time on a weekend, he always makes it work. I’ve never had a trainer so committed to his clients' success, no matter what their schedules look like.

Physically, the transformation has been massive. I’ve lost a ton of weight, I’m leaner, stronger, and my confidence has skyrocketed. But the biggest surprise has been how much this has impacted every area of my life. I have more energy, I sleep better, and I just feel like the best version of myself.

Above all, Curtis has become more than just my trainer—he’s become a close friend. He genuinely cares about his clients, not just in the gym but in every aspect of their lives. He’s the kind of person who invests in you as a whole, and that’s what makes training with him so different.

If you’re looking for someone who will change the way you think about fitness, push you past your limits, and be there for you every step of the way, Curtis is the one. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Curtis introduced me to the fitness world as a young college student trying walk on my basketball team. Curtis takes his time and helps you understand exactly what you’re working on and why. With Curt, you get more than a trainer, he became a mentor to me, a big brother. He’d feed my young mind with great insight, which still plays a huge part into who I am today. I applied a lot of what he taught me in the gym to real life.

I promise you will not find a better trainer than Coach Curtis. He is extremely knowledgeable and without a doubt you'll get stronger working with him. But with Coach Curtis, you're also getting someone that is so dedicated to helping you succeed that he'll stay with you an extra hour (sometimes longer) just to hear you vent and give you sound advice. He doesn't just train you and challenge your physical state, he trains you mentally as well. Therefore, while you're physically getting stronger, you're also getting stronger mentally. Coach Curtis was my first boxing coach and greatest inspiration. Never thought I would get into the sport because of the conservative culture I come from, but I also learned to appreciate it through Curtis. He set the path for me to go beyond my comfort zone (safely) and achieve the goals I set for myself. That first class was really hard and was a testament to how Curtis trains you the right way about discipline, strength, potential and motivation. It was the best decision I've ever made. Since his class, I was on a journey to lose weight and stay healthy. Until this day, Curtis's philosophy and his disciplinary methods push me to get to the gym and practice the agility that he taught me from square one. His classes are NEVER boring or wasteful because you WILL feel accomplished, focused and confident walking out of there. I wish I was close enough to continue training with Curtis. If anyone has the opportunity to work with him, please don't waste it! More...

Curtis helped me to reach my goals. Would highly recommend him as a coach! More...

After training with Curtis I find myself not only stronger and more confident in my physical abilities but also in my mental capabilities.

Curtis pushed me to places I wasn't sure I could overcome and encouraged me to find places within myself that I've never visited before. All the while keeping things fun and lighthearted.

Before training with Curtis, I thought I knew a thing or about boxing and boy was I wrong! Thankfully, Curtis laced me up with some amazing technique and knowledge of the game. I consistently use technique Curtis taught me every time I fight and I'm still amazed how well properly executed basic techniques work even on the most advanced fighters.(that step jab-two, three;P)

I can go faster, harder and longer than I ever have been able to and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, in my life.

Working with Curtis has been one of the best decisions I've ever made and he will probably be just as, if not even more beneficial to your lifestyle than he's been to mine.

Curtis is the best trainer I've had. He's friendly, professional, knowledgable, and he really personalized the program based on each individual's needs. Highly recommend!

I trained with Curtis at Infinity Athletics, and then again at Ultimate Athletics. I’ve never met anyone more passionate about what they do than Curtis, and because of this, it is so much fun. I learned how to throw a proper punch and stay balanced, instead of just flailing my arms around and tipping over like in most other boxing classes I’d taken prior to Curtis’s (‘cause that would not fly with him). He’s kept me motivated for months at a time, and training with him is a blast. I always give 100% because short cuts don’t work with Curtis, so don’t even try. I feel stronger physically and mentally from training with him. More...

“I plateaued while doing the same workout regimen and I needed someone to help me improve. I was looking for trainer on Thumbtack, and I have received a message from Curtis telling me that he will be able to help me reach my goals. After reading the reviews from his clients, and doing the assessment, I immediately decided that I wanted to train with him as soon as possible. I improved dramatically from when I started with him till now and I am still improving. Every session with him I do learn something new. I became stronger, was able to deadlifts heavy weight and power clean as well as do boxing. I have lost body fat and gained lean muscle as well.
His sessions are creative. He pushes you to do your best and to believe in yourself that you can achieve more. He always encourages you and boost your confidence which helps to achieve the goals intended.
Curtis is amazing!! He is very creative and knowledgeable. He will explain to you what you will do in every session as well as make it fun. If someone needs a trainer choose Curtis! Don’t hesitate!! Go for it!! Curtis will tailor a program for you depending on your goals. Every session will be hard work but always fun and creative. And you will get stronger ,fitter and leaner. You would want to train with him every day !”

Q&As

I don’t necessarily help clients “do” anything physically, because the physical aspect of training is secondary. The real work begins in the mind. Everything starts with how you approach yourself, your body, and the process. I guide clients to develop awareness, discipline, and intentionality in every movement and decision. When the mind is aligned, the body follows naturally. The process is systematic: structure, balance, and progressive challenge build not just muscle or endurance, but the mental framework that sustains results beyond any single session. In other words, I teach clients to become the type of person who naturally achieves the results they desire—the mental alignment drives the physical transformation.

There is no secret. A “secret” implies something hidden, something you stumble upon or discover suddenly—but the reality is it has always been in front of you. The process is about pulling back the curtain to reveal your own potential, and working intentionally to become the person who embodies the vision you hold for yourself. It’s not about shortcuts; it’s about systematic, structured, and disciplined work, guided by awareness of your body, movement, and mindset. Transformation happens when you align your daily actions, mindset, and choices with the person you aspire to be, revealing the physique, performance, and confidence that were always possible—but required conscious effort and mental clarity to manifest.

I don’t love what I do in the conventional sense—love is often seen as an end result, something achieved or completed. Instead, I love the ING—the process itself. Every session, every moment, is an opportunity to observe, adjust, and guide both the body and the mind. I enjoy being present, noticing things that weren’t visible before, and making corrections that create better structure, balance, and performance. It’s moment-to-moment evolution, where the 60-minute session is a canvas for discovery, refinement, and growth—for both the client and myself. In short, I love loving it, meaning I enjoy the process of continuous improvement, the unfolding of potential, and the art of transformation as it presents itself in real time.

As a child, I was fascinated by the process itself—how bodies moved, how physics shaped motion, and how each person’s physiology was unique. I was a big fan of WWF/WWE, and that first exposed me to the interplay of force, leverage, and timing, and the incredible variability in human movement. As I grew into athletics like basketball and track, I realized there was more than appearance—there was function, efficiency, and mastery of movement. I’ve always been drawn to the unknown aspects of the process—the challenges, the refinements, the iterative learning—which shaped not just my approach to training others, but my philosophy for life. Starting my business allowed me to apply this fascination systematically, helping others grow physically, mentally, and structurally in a way that honors the process and the individuality of each client.

Why choose me? Well, if you want someone who makes excuses, follows trends, or offers cookie-cutter programs, then I’m not your coach. But if you want structure, accountability, and results that actually last, I am exactly who you’re looking for. I’ve spent over 15 years training clients of all shapes, sizes, and goals—guiding them from imbalance, frustration, or stagnation to strength, confidence, and a body that performs the way it should.

Just look at the transformations: clients who came in with persistent pain, weak movement patterns, or no sense of discipline walked out leaner, stronger, and fully aware of their body’s potential—and the ones who stayed the course continued to build structure, balance, and performance that carries over into every part of their lives. That’s not luck; that’s systematic, disciplined, no-nonsense coaching, refined over years of consistent results.

So, if you’re ready to stop guessing, stop chasing quick fixes, and actually achieve what you set out to do, then yes, choose me. If not…well, good luck.

Yes. My approach translates online or remotely by transferring structure, balance, and intentionality into every session, regardless of location. I guide clients through customized movement patterns, corrective strategies, and performance-focused programming that align with their environment and resources. While I’m not physically present, the process remains systematic, disciplined, and results-driven, ensuring that clients still develop the awareness, structure, and mindset required to progress safely and effectively—even from a distance.
