What do you love most about your job?
I am incredibly fulfilled when clients are willing to put in the work to reach a higher level of connection and intimacy! The rekindling is beautiful to watch, and incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy the flexibility and autonomy in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals. It's extremely important for me that my clients aren't boxed in by insurance or agency therapy models, and that they're fully in control of their progress. I'm not contracted with any insurance companies, leaving clients in full control of how long and how often we meet, as well as full privacy to their treatment by not allowing 3rd party insurance agencies access to their information.

Yes! I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in both NC & SC, and can provide virtual sessions via a secure link throughout the Carolinas. I also provide in-person sessions in Fort Mill, SC. Aside from traditional weekly sessions, I provide Couples Intensives, which allow for accelerated progress in a condensed period of time, often allowing weeks or months worth of therapy in a 1-2 days!
Couples Therapy
Weekly or as needed therapy sessions (80-minutes) is offered for couples who prefer accountability and consistency in the progress of their relationship. We will co-create achievable goals personalized for your relationship needs and empower you to rekindle your spark together! This option allows clients to return to their daily lives to implement skills and build connections independently between sessions.

Couples Intensive
Welcome to the VIP of the therapy experience for couples! If you’re looking for immediate relief from your disconnection, intensives were designed with you in mind. The accelerated transformation that an intensives provides is for those who want to experience deep dive healing, without disruption to their weekly work/home life. Traditional therapy models limit deep dive work, leaving many couples waiting for relief to unpack when they return the following week. Intensives are tailored to your relationship concerns, allowing you to experience weeks (or months!) worth of therapy in 1-3 days. This option supports you to get to the root of your issues and goes beyond what ‘primary care’ offers. Most clients who prefer an intensive want immediate relief, uninterrupted progress— free from distractions— saving them time and money in the long run. Intensive package include a 90-minute assessment (*not needed for current clients), the Intensive itself, and a 90-minute post-intensive followup. The most popular Intensive option is a 9-hr package, which leaves 6-hours of deep dive work.

I am not contracted with insurance companies. However, I can accept HSA/FSA cards and am an approved CareCredit provider.
