Cook & Run was awesome! I had no idea what to expect but the staff arrived on time, was SUPER professional and very efficient. That’s the staff and service. But the food…the food was incredible. Each appetizer was better than the previous, and we all looked forward to what was being served next. Shrimp and grits was my all time fav, chicken and waffles, but all were excellent. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a short conversation on the phone to understand all the paticulars with your event and then curate a memu and quote for you. Simce we are completely customizable; we try to make menus that really fit your event and make it one to remember.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making food that feeds peoples souls; that look on someone's face when that has just tased heaven.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Both of my parents were entrepreneurs; although not extremely successful. I wanted to start something small because I was tired of being held back at work and other people stealing my ideas and making money off of them. I figured if people were willing to bet everything on one of my ideas, maybe I should give it a try, too.

Clients should choose us because we provide great food and great experiences. FULL STOP. We are also a black woman owned and a minorty run company; so supporting us is also supporting the local economy. We believe everyone deserve an incredible plate of food, no matter their creed or ability to pay. We love what we do and have a great time doing it. We can provide all planning services remotely; and the organizer does not need to be present at events; we just need clear communication on how to enter, permissions of property, etc

We provide our staff with regular covid 19 tests, require vaccinations, and use masks during known outbreaks
