They were very responsive, both in a timely manner and explaining constraints on certain sites. For example being near a local airport, which had some restriction on height that a drone could fly but adjusting . Also in giving me different views and delineating parts of properties with red outlines (could have been any color):and modifying them as requested adding to the quality of my presentation.Overall, very positive experience. We will take the extra time, arrive earlier and stay longer, in order to get the details in the shots needed to put together a final product.
