I am a self taught professional Private Chef with 7 years of experience. I have been influenced by a melting pot of food and culture being from New York City. As a child, growing up with Caribbean and Latin family I gained a great knowledge of how to work with bold flavors.

What’s your signature dish?
I wouldn’t say I have a signature dish. I take pride in being able to create dishes from many different kinds of cuisines. I will say that my food has strong influences from my Latin and Caribbean culture and I love getting creative and fusing those influences with other cultures.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I never really work from a set menu. I like to take the time to talk to the client and find out things about them, whether it be their ethnicity or their favorite food. I find this helps me curate the perfect menu that specifically fits each client.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that my line of work helps me connect with all kinds of people. Also I love create memories for my client through my food. Lastly, I love to see people enjoying anything I prepare for them…it’s one of my simple pleasures.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just couldn’t imagine working as hard as I do for another person’s business. I figured why not put all that effort into something that I can call my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
Hiring me, you’ll never get a generic chef that will just come in cook your food and leave. I’m very personable. I like coming in a chatting with my clients a bit. Just enough so that they know a great deal of care goes into whatever it is I’m preparing for them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated. Observe proper hand hygiene practices as well as sanitizing practices.
