What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook good food for people. I take pride in my work. The smells in the kitchen from the cooking of food are heartwarming.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business several years ago and maintained a passion for cooking good food.

I am a certified personal chef and have been cooking and entertaining for over 25 years. I am also certified to handle food in a safe manner. Serve Safe Certified.

I provide a free food consultation where we get into the specifics of your taste and what you want to eat and don't like. Then I create a menu for you. Once you approve the menu, we set up a cook day. On your cook day I go to the grocery store and get the supplies. I bring my own pots and pans to you home and cook everything in your kitchen. I place your food in premium disposable containers and store it all in your fridge/freezer. I label and date all containers. I leave you with reheating instructions and a clean kitchen that smells wonderful.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If you want, I can wear a face mask. When I am done cooking, I always wipe all counters down with Clorox wet wipes.
