Chef Tim was first and foremost, very responsive. He was easy to work with, personable, knowledgeable and reasonable. He came to us with a platter of samples so we knew what he had to offer. Chef Tim's services are all encompassing. His waitstaff was very friendly, clean and efficient. The Steel Pony Band played at our Kentucky Derby Party on May 4, 2024. They are an awesome band and rocked the house! My guests absolutely loved their music! What an experience we had Sunday, chef Tim and his team put Tibet together the best 60th birthday. What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is creating specifically designed menus for each client, be that Arrox Con Pollo or Coq au Vin; Paella or Pasta; 2 to 200 guests.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By finding out exactly what each client requires, including food allergies, specific diets and likes/dislikes.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook and to serve, to hear ther laughter from the dinner table and see the guests enjoying themselves.
