I was having a party to celebrate my being one year cancer free and found Chef Cheez. He came up with a great menu and worked with my budget and was just great to work with. He had another commitment the day of my party but sent Chef V. He was so helpful and took care of everything. The food was amazing and plentiful. Chef cheez made this process so easy and stress free. Our original caterer canceled less than 2 months before the wedding and I was panicking. Chef cheez had us a menu set that was in our budget so quickly! Then, on the day of, I had told him I would meet him at the venue, but due to my own poor planning I was not able to. He took care of everything, texting only to let me know he had arrived. It was so wonderful knowing I didn't have to do a thing. They took care of food, serving, and the cake, as well as dealing with a stressed our bride, and over 100 people running around. The entire staff was so kind to us and so funny that we wanted them to be part of the guest list! Also, the food was PHENOMENAL. It was brought up in speeches and everyone wanted to know who was the caterer. I've had people asking if they could hire chef cheez to cook for them every day! I could NEVER recommend him and his crew highly enough for ensuring our guests were taken care of and for making my big day easier and so much more special. I could never thank them enough.
