How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect menu can’t be rushed. It’s important we get to know each other enough where I can get a sense of what you enjoy. Although our menus are customized per event, we want to stick close to seasonality and sourcing locally.
What do you love most about your job?
I love curating a personable experience alongside cooking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was 18, I catered my first wedding. Since then, I’ve worked in some of the greatest kitchens in the country. I want to apply my experience to my own style of service.

My priority isn’t about pushing numbers. It’s about providing an evening of amazing food and even better hospitality. Each event gets my undivided attention, something not all can attest to.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and will happily obligue to wearing a mask if it will make the client more comfortable. If any symptoms arise, I carry rapid tests for provide extra caution.
