How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to create menus to accommodate our customer’s dietary restrictions and what they might envision for their event.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love my business. I have created an environment that I get excited about coming to every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
By word of mouth, I started delivering charcuterie during 2020. In 2022, we moved into a food hall where we quickly outgrew that and relocated to where we grew up in the northeast Florida area.
Why should our clients choose you?
We aren’t your typical charcuterie business. Our portions are larger and you should never walk away hungry with our product.

Charcuterie Catering
We provide charcuterie(regular, brunch, lunch and meal portions) salads, sandwiches, appetizers and desserts.
Full Catering
We can provide catering for breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour or dinner. Providing your guests with a customized menu to fit your vision and dietary needs.
Caviar Cart
We can provide an interactive cart that will provide your guest with a unique experience to tasting caviar.
Coffee Cart
We can provide your guests with our coffee cart to add to any of our catering. We make our syrups in house and only use coffee beans from women owned businesses.
Charcuterie Cart
You can rent our charcuterie cart to provide charcuterie for your guests to create a customized charcuterie board for them to take home.
Mini Cookie Cart
Every event needs a grand finale with dessert. Our mini cookies let your guests choose 4 cookies to enjoy.
