Absolutely love working with Carolina. She has been an incredible architect and designer for my home. I have a 1911 craftsman in a historic district, and she's taken care to keep the work that we are doing in my kitchen to be in the same period, yet with an updated twist. She not only has helped with the design, but also over the finish line with the city permits, and reviewing the contractors. I could not have done this construction with out her. I reached out to several potential architects to help me architecturally design an addition to my home which is the only Paul Rudolph home in California. I chose to work with her based on her intuition and her understanding of my vision. She excelled at designing an additional dwelling unit that integrated smoothly and seamlessly with my existing home. As well, she managed the process of submitting my plans and obtaining
all needed clearances (15 in all!) with countless departments at LABDS to obtain the building permit.
