This review is super late, but several weeks ago, our thermostat went blank and we had no cooling going on. I CALLED DAD, and again, they came to my rescue. They sent out Matthew Rodriguez and he discovered that someone had unplugged something important. He plugged it in and we were all set to go. Since my unit was still under warranty, there was no charge, but I did say I thought there should be a stupid customer fee for having to come out to the house. Your commercials are so horrendously bad I suffered through an entire episode just to hear the companies name so I could tell you this. Every time it comes on I want to immediately drive into a tree. I have an Airbnb in Hickory, NC. Had guests check in and then had no heat. Called Call Dad to get it checked out and Lewis was there the next morning. Found out the huge rain storm had flooded the basement and fried the furnace. Cliff, Evan and Cody went over and above to get me a new furnace put in, even working on Saturday which they normally don’t do to help me save my guests stay. They are awesome!
