We had fried pickles for an appetizer they were tasty. My drink " the upper" was strong which it should be for $10. They also bring out rolls that were half brown and half white. They were good . I can honesty say this is the best Chicken Fried Steak I have ever had and trust me I have had quite a few over my 50 plus years. What made it even better was the sides were also good. I had the Loaded Potato and the grilled asparagus. All was cooked perfectly. The beer was good and cold and the atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant made for a really nice and relaxing business meal with a customer. Everyone passed on dessert but next time I am in town (I am normally in town on my own, not with a customer and two others), I will certainly be back here to eat and If the cake looks half as good as it did tonight, I will not be passing on dessert! Terrible waitress Hailee absolutely terrible ordered ribeye bake potato ordered with butter but came loaded brought main course the time got my salad with wrong dressing she came back by and I told her baked potato had wrong stuff and she handed my salad after got steak n potato it was with wrong dressing I said it was wrong and she told me I was rude for complaining about my food bill was 60 $ you guys lost a customer not only that I will tell everyone I know not to go there because SHE was rude screwed up our meal but steak was wonderful cooked perfectly and I left small tip for at least getting drinks right who brings salad after main course is served? ? Went to eat there Tuesday evening, got seated at 4:50pm, no one bothered to wait on us. Decided to leave at 5:10 pm since no one was going to wait on us. We waited FOREVER, waitress repeated order and it came out wrong. She tried to take my plate and I said just get the item. Thank goodness because it was my vegetable and I was done eating by the time it came out. I ordered the special which was a steak and it was marginal. When we walked in the restaurant I looked around and the food did look really good on other peoples tables but it was mostly the advertisers and fried food. That being said don't order mistake and be prepared to wait. We thought about getting dessert but the waitress never asked.
