What do you love most about your job?
We love to make our customers look good! Our customers count on us to be their frontline, to be the face of their company so we take that responsibility very seriously.
What inspired you to start your own business?
BPO American got its start in 2001 as an internal call center for a regional staffing firm. The purpose of the call center was to set appointments for outside sales representatives who were struggling setting their own appointments. This venture proved to be very successful and other clients inquired about how they could also have calls made on their behalf. The staffing firm was sold in 2001 and it was decided to branch out and go full time in the call center business.

All of our services are handled remotely but we are always happy to host a customer that is in town.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This is not applicable to our company because we work with customers remotely in most cases. While we do have a small brick and mortar center, the majority of our staff works remotely so close contact between co-workers is not an issue.
