Since we don't just do BBQ, we have a lobster cake over tasso grits, topped with a crawfish beurre blanc sauce that is amazing!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to what our clients want, and make sure they know we're here to make this process stress free for them!
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people, and seeing them enjoy our food. Food should make people happy! Family, friends...sharing a meal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 20 years in law enforcement, I wanted to keep going to help serve others. We are dedicated to making our guests' events special with wonderful food, and excellent service.
