If I could give a minus 10 rating, I would! I spoke with Alex and wanted mobile service initially. They weren't able to accommodate mobile service and offered that I could drop him off, and they would have him ready in the morning. I told Alex I needed a medium cut for my maltipoo. "Buddy." I dropped him off in Boyle Heights in front of a laundromat. ( That should've been my 1st clue) I specifically asked them not to cut his ears or tail and sent a photo of my dog. They texted me at 3:30am to pick up my dog in the morning. When I picked him up, he looked totally traumatized! I don't even think they gave him a bath, and they shaved him dry .They cut his tail hair and his ears and his Mane on top of his head. They did exactly the opposite of what I asked for! I am so disgusted with these guys. He doesn't even look like the same dog! I'm furious. These people should not be in business!If I could give a minus 10 rating, I would!
