What’s your signature dish?
Birria Lumpia’s. It’s a dish of mine that I’ve created. Using beef chuck roast, stew down in special seasonings. Taking the stewed meat and pulling it apart. Then using Lupia shells, I will put the stewed meet in the lumpia shell with jack, cheese, onions, and cilantro. Then roll and fry fresh to order.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Based on the occasion and event. Whether for children or adults, menu items can be mixed in matched, according to event or party. Creativity to make the customer happy and myself as well.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about the job is the project, the art. The beginning of the project, and the end. The satisfaction of the customer, and the love and pride put into my work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve worked in different restaurants on the peninsula for nine years. After doing so, with my skill set and people skills. I decided to go into business for myself.
