Hired Kevin for my promotion party which was a mixture of family and coworkers. He was more than professional and the food was amazing. I thought my order might be difficult because we all have different things we like. He made the best mash potatoes I think I ever had in my life and the steak was tender and seared to perfection. We had lamb chops that were to die for and we did pasta the sauce was amazing I know it was all made from scratch. It was a lemon creme sauce also we did some type of Mexican dish and my parents wouldn't stop talking about how good it was. I know it was a spicy shrimp. What’s your signature dish?
I would say it’s my smoked wings, burgers and any pasta dish I make. Mainly because of the meats I use I smoke them giving the food extra flavor

I communicate with them and we customize a menu according to their needs, wants and budget. This is a recipe for the best experience possible

I was inspired by my love and passion for making people have a culinary experience that will have them wanting to use me all the time.
