Prior to the event Ben was great. He guided us through each step. The day of the event Ben and Kim arrived early to set up which was great. Set up completed before 10:30 am. That was great. The start time was 11 am; however, since they were set up we wanted to get started. Kim seemed less flexible to start early. However, after understanding that we would keep the 3 hour time that we purchased she seemed ok. Quite honestly, she wasn't as friendly as Ben. The camera malfunctioned after the 1st hour. Ben did his best to try to fix it. However, he was unable to repair onsite. So, we only got 1 hour our of the 3 hour allotted time. Ben committed to refunding the time we did not use. The event was on May 8. After reminding Ben that I had not received the refund for the 2 hours, I finally received the refund on June 10. More...

Hello Crystal, I am sorry that my team could not complete the event. I understand Ben went back to his office to get a new camera but by the time Ben returned the event had run out of time. Ben is not responsible for refunds, that my job. The company refunds in within 30 days. That comes from our corporate office, not my teams, but I'm glad Ben was willing to make sure you received.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Planning, planning and planning. You need a DJ who is opened minded, plays great music and can read the crowd. It also means the DJ should have the proper equipment to complete the event.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
My style is usually based on the type of party you are having. Some event require more interactive while others don't. Some events are low key and that's what your style should be. Some clients want the DJ to "just play the music." This is something that is discussed with the client, so the event is perfect.
What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
One of the best things about what we do is our Magic Mirror is interactive. Plus you receive your photo seconds later. With our Mirror Mirror you can also send your photo directly to your phone. Another cool feature is that you can write a message to the host, make multiple copies and then start the process all over.
What photo booth props do you offer?
Currently we don't offer physical props. This is due to COVID. We do offer virtual props. The virtual props are part of our program. However when are able to use physical props, we set them up on 6ft table. Props range in glasses, hats, necklaces, signs many full size props such as football, wedding signs and more. All props are matched to the type of event we are having.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the smile on our clients faces when the first see The interactive Magic Mirror. It's been on the market for a short time and many have not seen it before. We teach them how to Mirror works and then let them take over.

We don't provide online services. We travel to each client. Our company does not charge travel fees or setup fees.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our customers and clients safe, we provide sanitizer and we currently not offering physical props. This is to help cut down on the spread of germs. All of our staff members wear mask. We allow our guest to take off their mask for their pictures and once completed they place their mask back on. We also wipe down our glass screen with sanitizer.

The 360 Slow Motion Video Booth
The 360 Slow Motion Booth comes with awesome features to enhance your 360 Slow Motion Experience. How it works is a high definition camera orbits around event goers and films a 360 degree slow motion video.
Videos are then streamed to an email and social media sharing station where users can instantly access their videos. A ‘director’ helps to stage users to ensure the best video is captured while an on-site host assists users
in sharing the completed product.
