Great food , service and presentation

Chef Ron and his team were a turn key operation. Ron's communication was phenomenal.....every phone call was returned and texted answered. We used Bernwood Catering for our neighborhood party and all aspects were covered including a spotless kitchen. The staff was professional and friendly. The penne vodka was perfectly creamy and flavorful, the chicken francese was tender and had just the right balance of lemony richness, and the beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection—juicy and full of flavor . Let me tell you just ask chef Ron what will make your guests’s mouths water…don’t waste your time he knows…give him the feel of the event and stop worrying. Our guests are still talking about the yummy food. Some of the men took a second filet slider for the drive home. This nervous party host calmed down after one conversation with chef Ron. He followed thru on every commitment he make. He engaged with our guests by talking about the food.

Chef Ron’s food was fabulous, and I cannot recommend him more. In pre-wedding planning, Chef Ron was very helpful in making decisions (decisive when I needed him to be) and giving me ideas based on his vast experience.   As for the day/week of the wedding- Chef Ron and his team were so flexible and I cannot appreciate it more. We could not have dreamed of a better catering experience for our wedding weekend! Ron and his staff not only catered our wedding but our rehearsal dinner as well! For the rehearsal we had a fish fry and people are still talking about how fresh and perfectly breaded the fish was! It was the perfect Florida fish fry! For our wedding day he really out did himself! The cocktail hour included charcuterie, fresh blackened cilantro fish cups over a bed of tropical rice and avocado, and sesame ahi tuna wonton nachos! Followed up by island salad, juicy prime rib, a honey pineapple ham, roasted veggies, and pasta! Don’t let me forget the delicious cannolis!
