What’s your signature dish?
I pride myself on being able to recreate any dish.. Although, i'd have to say a big seller for me is my Chicken Parmesan
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to ask the client an almost annoying amount of questions that way I get the full idea of what they're looking for
What do you love most about your job?
Witnessing people genuinely enjoy the food I make is number one for me. I'd say second to that is being able to be creative with the food I love and finding what pairs with what
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dads love for cooking had me in the kitchen trying to copy him at 10 years old. That is when I fell in love with cooking. As I got older and became more aware of what I liked.. I wanted to create a place that had exactly what you were craving but with a refreshing twist to it!

Clients should choose me because I will choose them everytime. When you book me for an event I am your hands. It is all about you! Whatever vision a client gives me, I will dedicate myself truly to bringing that to life

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During covid I provided NO STRESS CATERING. I would set a call up with the client to confirm exact drop off/delivery time and location. During delivery, I would wear gloves as well as proper mask. All payments were handled electronically for minimal contact
