What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy seeing a home owner recoup their loss on the biggest investment they usually make, their home. There is nothing better than seeing a homeowner's expectations met then exceeded by the restoration and remodeling process. It is AMAZING to see their faces when all is said and done. They usually hit roadblocks with the insurance companies and a lot of the times other contractors. With the expertise of our entire team we are able to get people's insuaurnce claims pushed through and completed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
TO SERVE CLIENTS! We began with our window cleaning company, and we had clients ask us about their roofing needs. We know a ton of contractors and began referring our beloved clients to contractors we trusted. They did ok, but there was always a discrepancy in customer service and follow-through. We began working for other companies to learn the industry. The whole heart was to learn how to help our clients so we could provide the same service and relationship with integrity that our clients already received from our window company.
