What do you love most about your job?
Freedom. I don't mean that in a basic way. Every performance is unique, and every crowd is different. Very rarely do you find 2 events that want the exact same thing. That offers me tons of freedom to try to accomplish the task the best way possible. My goal is to make the booker/promoter/contact as happy as possible they contacted me. Not being in an environment where I need to submit a TPS report for every song selection suits that desire.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been involved in music since I was 5 ('94) and was very lucky around 18-19 to be found by a record label/talent rep. They recorded an album for me, put me on tour, and truly supported me while blossoming me as a musician. This led to multiple trips to LA to contend for American Idol and the Voice, and many nation-wide tours in my 20s. After leaving the label, I wanted to continue doing music, but independently.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a caring considerate person. What this means is that I actually *care* about you, your event, your grandmother's birthday, your best friends retirement, your company's xmas party, etc etc. I *want* people to have a good time. I want you to be happy you contacted me. As far as lessons, that care translates into understanding. Guitar is hard. Singing can be hard. I'm supremely aware of that, and I like to incorporate it into my lessons. I want you to get better, and I will challenge you, but I will be keeping a very close eye on ensuring you're not getting burned out.

Yes, either or. As far as services in person, for gigs I'm willing to travel up to 200 miles (basically draw a circle around Sacramento that travels out to SF + Tahoe, that's my range). As far as online, of course I have no limitations. This is my full-time job.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am at your beck-and-call as far as this is concerned. I will just list some objective facts: I'm vaxxed. I'm not opposed to masks. I'm not gung-ho about it, but I do have family in medicine and family who are high-risk, so it's something that I take seriously (in the right time and place). My basic point: whatever you're good with, I'm good with.

As a DJ, I offer a complete package that includes a full PA system, perfect for events of any size. My experience as an MC allows me to seamlessly integrate announcements and interactions with guests, maintaining a lively and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the event. I'm adept at reading the crowd and selecting music that keeps the energy high and the dance floor busy.
