He was incredibly patient. There was an issue in my part with lack of service and being able to communicate and Ben took it in stride and made it work figuring out where to meet so he could follow us to the desired location, he was very prompt responding to my original reaching out looking for a photographer and quick with an affordable and reasonable price quote. I’m not from the area so I chose Ben because I loved his work on his website and I appreciated that he was a great communicator and very responsive to my questions.
