What’s your signature dish?
This would be our Stuffed mushrooms, we use a nice blend of spices and a secret recipe, this on the app side. On the salad side it is our strawberry spinach salad , moving to buffet our most popular is mexican buffet or taco bar. For dessert it would be our house made tiramisu.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We pay close attention to everyone of our customers request, we receive information relative to the needs and wants of our customers. We then do our research and create a excellent menu that serves the needs of our customer.

I want to make a difference in the world and be able to help the less fortunate, starting your own business is a sure fire way to be able to accomplish this goal.
