What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to find someone’s balance in their life and help them decipher what’s most important to them right now. Sometimes it’s just a matter of speaking about your biggest obstacle and having an active listener who can help guide you into feeling better about yourself in making important decisions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I dealt with the suicides of my brother and sister. I want to be able to help those in need any way possible. Also, I wrote, directed and acted in a film called Extra Innings about my family and our experience. To see my story, you can watch the film on Amazon Prime.

Grief Coaching
I was a trained therapist & social worker for 6 years. I lost my brother and sister to suicide, I have experienced first hand the grief that comes from losing people who are important to you. I want to work with you to find the help that you need. Helping people dealing with depression, anxiety, anger management, feeling of guilt, and acceptance. Dealing with these issues can help lead to personal growth.

As a therapist I’ve worked with teenagers working through some of the toughest times in their lives. I volunteered as a Baseball coach for High School aged students. I am here to help anyone gain their own independence.
