I've worked with these guys for about 4 or 5 years now. Prior to Voltage I used 5 other companies, so it's nice to find one to stick with who really knows how to manage our campaigns. I love the transparency that they offer with a dashboard. It gives us the ability to keep an eye on things daily. Our campaign ROI has steadily improved over the years, but most importantly they have been able to hit OUR metrics when they are asked to. So if we tell them to generate more revenue and we can accept lower ROI, they'll do it. Similarly, if we tell them to scale back on spending but get better metrics, they will. I'm really impressed with the stability of our campaigns, which is something we didn't have with other providers.  We do give Voltage a monthly budget and they are almost always right on the money, within 2%. At this point there is very little effort on our part, although I do check in every few days for my own piece of mind. In the beginning it was probably more work, but that was due to communicating our needs and building the relationship. My response to the other reviewers on here would be to keep your expectations a bit more realistic. Voltage will hit your metrics as long as your metrics are reasonable. Overall consistency for us was proven after a few months of a "warm up period". The improvement from my old providers now to to Voltage, I quickly noticed within this 3-4 months. I love the fact that Voltage is tapped into our data-feed so we don't need to constantly let them know about new products. They already have them in their database. Past providers let data go stale after a while.Voltage's staff is extremely responsive. Their key is probably technology, super smart account managers, and a WOW dashboard that gives you control and visibility of your metrics.  Voltage has never let us down. More...
