What makes a great website?
A great website is a mobile friendly, eye-catching site with several clear calls to action and high-quality content. It should be a hub for information on all things related to what the business offers, providing potential customers with answers to a majority of the questions they may have.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The essential question to ask your client is “What is your goal?”. Whether they are looking for more phone calls, social media engagement, newsletter subscribers, or something else entirely, the goal of the client is the driving force behind everything we do. Once those are made clear, it is also important to establish what their key products or services are, any competitors, and which aspects of their company makes them unique.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to interact with local business owners. Oftentimes, a job can grow tiresome if there is no personal attachment to the product, but at Reader Digital Agency our clients are local favorites and renown institutions. We get to know entrepreneurs that have been longtime fixtures in our favorite neighborhoods. Another aspect I love about my job is the amazing group of individuals I have the pleasure of working with each and every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The Reader has been a San Diego institution since 1972, but as the needs of our clients evolved we began offering digital marketing packages and products. Fast forward a few years and Reader Digital Agency is a fully functioning digital marketing agency, offering a full menu of products and services to businesses in San Diego and beyond.
