I've been going to the academy for about a month now for jiu-jitsu and it's been great. Professor Bobby is one of the best in taking any skill level and helping them advance in all aspects of their game. The classes have a good mix of technique at the beginning and putting it to the test in sparring towards the end. This has been a great place to grow and continue my jiu-jitsu journey. Professor Bobby is the best instructor I've had since I began my journey in Jiu-Jitsu. Not to take away from the other black belts I've been under; however, Bobby has this perfect blend of instruction and positional sparring that really cements the technique. Furthermore, as students rotate through during sparring, the participants really begin to understand how the positions and associated techniques apply to a diverse range of opponents. Along with the classes, Precision also has an incredible group of people. If you want to be the next Jiu-Jitsu world champion or just lose a couple pounds, the members of the gym are there to support you!Would recommend, 10/10! More...

My review is going to be long, so be prepared. I will be giving 2 different reviews, one for my son who is in the kids class and then the other for the adults class. Kids class - We are a military family that move often. My son started BJJ 5 years ago in Washington DC (training under Ryan Hall) and then after that in NJ (training under Ricardo Almeida). Coming to Wichita, we feared that we were not going to find an Academy at the same level as the Northeast. We visited 3 other gyms in the area and we were recommended Precision BJJ. After the first day of being in the gym, we noticed that the academy was exactly what we were looking for: from correcting techniques on the spot, mentoring the children in responsibility and followership while providing a fun and safe environment where the kids can train while not getting hurt. Coach Jeremy and Professor Bobby are top-notch and we are just really happy that we have found a great gym and family to continue in my son's training. He is now 10 and each gym has become a part of his life.Adult class - Me being in the military, I have to move and travel often. I have had the opportunity to train in different gyms so that I know what I am looking for when I go into a gym. Prof Bobby received his black belt under Ricardo Almeida and many of his training styles are prevalent in the daily classes. When you walk into the gym you feel like you are a part of the gym (a family member) striving to be better, not just another white / blue belt. They focus on a lot of techniques of BJJ from stand up to different position on the ground. When I go, I do not fear getting hurt when sparing or pressure to compete, to be honest it feels like home.So to sum up everything, this is a MUST visit gym. Like any other gym, you will have a trial period. With us, from the first day, we were ready to sign up. If you are thinking about trying a class, please come visit the gym, you will not regret it. My experience with precision is great, jiu jitsu classes are high quality and very technical. Kickboxing classes are very intense and technical. Professor Bobby and Coach Jeremy have very solid backgrounds in both jiu jitsu and kickboxing. They received their belts from high name guys in Jiu jitsu and their skill level really shows. The kickboxing workouts are intense and challenging and within a month I started to see tremendous changes in my techniques. My brother also likes the kids Jiu Jitsu class a lot! This is a great gym to train at! The kickboxing classes are an intense workout that you will see results from within a few classes. Great place to take your kids to learn jiu-jitsu (or for yourself). They take them as young as 4 and adults are always joining, so you don't have to be intimidated about being the only white belt. Classes are multiple days a week, paid monthly so you come when you can (like a gym membership) instead of forcing you into a set day and time. Talk about getting a workout in! After every kickboxing class i am drenched in sweat. Warmup drills then combos and working on improving my punches and kicks is great and then at the end of class we do these circuits which work out the whole body. I never did any kickboxing before but coach jeremy makes it easy for the beginners. cant wait to get better. I havent tried the brazilian jiujitsu classes yet but i sat and watched and im sure ill be participating soon. More...

I found out about this Wichita gym from a friend. They recently opened up on the west side which works for me because I have been trying to find bjj near me. Professor Bobby and Coach Jeremy and Coach Evan are amazing at teaching and helping me in Jiujitsu. I love how we start out learning self defense maneuvers and then we go into more self defense bjj techniques and sport bjj. I feel much more well rounded with their curriculum. I came in for the free 1 week trial for Kickboxing classes that they offer on their website. Not only did I have so much fun, I got such an awesome workout. I love how this gym has morning, afternoon, and evening kickboxing classes. Since my work schedule can be hectic, I enjoy the fact that I have so many options for gym time here. Lees instructed one class and she was phenomenal! I also did 2 classes with Jeremy and his workouts and expertise are outstanding. I am relatively new to kickboxing but I already feel my skills are improving greatly. Plus, It’s such a great workout. I highly recommend!!! More...
