We feel so fortunate to have found Pet House Suites! The staff is caring and attentive. Our dog, Sydney, stayed there for four days recently, and when we picked her up she was happy and clean. It was also obvious that Sydney had been well fed. Unlike our experiences elsewhere, our dog had no signs of having been upset or poorly adjusted. Dr. Roehr was also able to give Sydney her shots at a reasonable price. It is comforting to know there are capable, caring people who are there to look after our dog if we need them. More...

We have used Pet House Suites dozens of times and our dog always comes home happy -- not emaciated as the other review says. Look, it is a little expensive and it is no country retreat, but there has been no staff turnover for years and our dog is always happy to see everyone there. More...
