I have to be honest at first when my 74 year mother was dealing with this location it was not good. I had to call and spoke with Riley Davis and explained her situation. The car had the engine replaced in Culver City and it just was not running right. After having it fixed it started acting up again and when my mother contacted Culver City they were not nice. I called Riley Davis again explained everything and let him know I also drove the car to confirm issues. This time Mr. Davis got my mom a rental car and made sure the car was fully checked out and all issues were fixed. Totally turned my opinion around did good by us. I really had a good experience buying my Tucson Sport here. My rep, Brett Hanzmann was completely awesome to work with. He took his time, no issues driving several models and no major issues zeroing in on what I was looking for and getting it. Also, no "greasy sales man / Ferengi" vibes, just a cool, laid back dude. It took about 2 weeks until things settled down for me to pull the trigger and he was there every step of the way, no pressure. Couple minor snags that he worked out and more proved that its more than just the sale and "good bye" its more a feeling that he's got my back and will take care of me if something comes up. Remember, its not the sale that defines your experience, its the followup and assurance that they'll still be there for you after the fact.I did decide to go with the extended warranty...With the amount of electronics in the vehicle and the fact that I put on hard miles like crazy the assurance is worth the peace of mind, plus I can transfer what's left if I sell before I burn it up. They also added another perk with this up-charge which made it worth while. Not sure if it will be offered when you read this (which is why I'm not spelling it out) so just ask...or they can comment and tell you if they read this.Ask for Brett and give him a shot at your business. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service that I received at Parkway Hyundai. I had a strange sound coming from my 2015 Santa Fe Sport, so without an appointment, I rolled into Hyundai to see if they could help me. Not only did Remy greet me with a smile, he took my car right in, told me that there was a recall on a portion of my engine that will need to be fixed, free of charge. He then proceeded to arrange for a free rental car for me while my car was being repaired. When I drove over to Hyundai, I had an hour to get it looked at before I had to go back to work and I was all set and in my rental in plenty of time. I cannot thank Remy enough for all is his updates on the status of my car and how easy it was when it was time to pick it up.  Now, after about 3 weeks in a rental, I have my car back and it has a brand new engine, all at no cost to me. This car is my first Hyundai and I have to say that this experience, as well as how much I love my car, will keep me coming back. Thank you, Remy! We just purchased a new car for my wife at Parkway Hyundai.  Our sales consultant was Sean Murphey.  He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job going through all the features in a practical way.  I personally appreciated that he is a "car guy".  He and Vick Pravin the Sales Manager were forthright, polite, professional and willing to work with me during our negotiation and we were able to reach a deal that was fair for both parties.  We had our kids with us and they were very good with them as well (making sure they were comfortable, offering water and snacks, letting them ring the bell once the agreement was made - simple things that don't affect the actual purchase but are appreciated and make the overall experience better). I feel so good about my experience at Parkway Hyundai I am writing this review as I wait to go go into finance. I am not an easy girl to deal with when purchasing a car, and today I walked in letting Sean Murphy know that. He was patient, kind and heard everything I told him I needed. He was helpful and thoughtful as he let me know my options. Then I met his manager Danny Geris. That was a treat for me. Danny is the most sincere and honest car sales person (manager) I have ever experienced, and I worked for dealership for years. His understanding of what I needed and how he took his time asking questions and getting to know me was extraordinary. I felt at ease during an experience I have felt uncomfortable in many times as I have purchased several cars. Danny sold me a car today (for my mom) but more than that we formed a relationship. I would highly highly recommend that no matter what car you might be looking at take a moment and visit Danny Geris at Parkway Hyundai he is honest, sincere, and so informed about purchasing a car. Car shopping is never easy especially when shopping with a 9 month old baby who recently had her booster shots and teeth coming in. We had our eyes on the 2019 Kona because of the compact SUV is perfect for city driving and fits a stroller perfectly. We were comparing and test drove the Kona, HR-V, Mazda 3 5-Door, Ecosport, and Encore. The Kona is absolutely amazing! Definitely come here and test drive the Kona before purchasing the HR-V or C-HR. The back seats may not be "magic seats" like the HR-V, but the Kona has awesome features at the base trim! Hyundai is coming out soon with an Ironman Edition of the Kona that looks amazing with the Ironman rims, and Stark Industries logos for all you Marvel fans out there.I get to the office and met Anthony and I express my interest in the Kona SE in Surf Blue and asked to test drive it. I put my stroller in the back to test if it fit (check), put the carseat in without a struggle for space (check), Apple CarPlay (check), back up cam (check). No push to start, solar tinted windows or heated seats in the base trim, but I'll live without those features because I did not want to upgrade based on my budget.Anthony Velasquez was very knowledgeable about the Kona's features and structure. The driving experience was really fun and exciting as I tested the "sports" mode, lane correction, and Apple CarPlay by making a test call. Loved how Anthony popped the hood and explained the safety features of the engine's design because I was so worried about the 2019 Ford Escapes fail on Passengers front overlapping on the crash test. Anthony assured me that the Kona's 5 star safety ratings is thanks to reinforced steel made here in the USA. Since Hyundai manufacturers their own steel its more cost effective for the consumer! Merry Xmas to me!As a previous and very happy Parkway Hyundai customer, (husband and I in 2015 bought a brand new 2014 Hyundai Elantra Limited), it made sense for me to go back to the awesome folks at Parkway Valencia.  I contacted Internet Sales Consultant Matt Randall and he was very helpful in scheduling a test drive of the 2018 Hyundai Tucson Limited that I saw on their website of available inventory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Shumon Mazumder, General Sales Manager, who actually remembered us from the previous sale and made us feel like part of the family right away.  We test drove the Tucson and were very happy with the ride.  Along the way, Matt explained and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of the safety & technology features.  We arrived at the Dealership around 12:30pm and after a small amount of negotiation, came to a deal. Going to a dealership to buy or lease a car is something no one really likes to do. Going in you know to expect to be at the dealership for a few hours at least. Going back and forth, haggling on price or terms. You go hoping to get a good deal that works well for both the buyer and the seller, but expect the dealership to ultimately get the better end. We saw an internet promotion to get a free gift card if you test drive a Hyundai. We decided to sign up and stop by. Let me tell you a little about Sales Manager, Danny Geris, he was amazing. He sat with us and before he started talking figures, he wanted to know what we were comfortable with. He also wanted to get to know a little bit about us and get a feel of what our story was. In return he told us a little about him and his family and we connected. We were unable to make a deal but not due to his lack of efforts. He was trying to find the best car for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to a deal and we left. Danny came to bat for us in a major way. He called us the next day to follow up. We told him we just needed something a little bigger and price was still a factor. He asked if we could give him a chance to do some research and get back to us. A few hours later he called. He found something that may work and asked us to come in. He brings out a 2018 Santa Fe. It had everything we needed and more. The vehicle would work just fine but now the tough part, working out a deal. He knew we were limited on our down payment. He was able to get us more on our trade in than we expected. We had to bring our kids with us and that naturally brought us to talking about our families. In sharing with Danny, we mentioned that one of our kids is a foster child and after 4 long years we are very close to finalizing adoption. As mentioned before, Danny connected with us and saw how stressed we were about payments and down payment to make the deal work. Danny looked us in the eye and told us that in hearing our story and meeting our family that he was going to take care of us and he meant it. Danny Geris was honestly a blessing. He gave us an amazing deal. He fought for us and was an advocate for us and our family. He worked everything out, he exceeded our expectations. He took all the stress away from negotiating. I really feel his focus was getting a deal done for our family and not just making a sale.  He put his customers first in our situation. We are so thankful and lucky to find someone willing to put people first. We will remember what he did for us always and will definitely come back in the future. I wanted to give a big shout out to the guys at Parkway Hyundai for taking care of me and getting me into a new 2019 Santa Fe. The sales rep Matt Randall helped me pick a great vehicle. I went in for a test drive on a Friday and on Sunday I came out with the new Santa Fe. He went over great detail of the vehicle. He knew the ins and outs of it and was extremely helpful. The best part is that none of them were the pushy salesmen that you see everywhere. They understood my situation and did not hound me. That was extremely awesome to have that weight off my back and not worry about someone who is pushy.They gave me a great deal on the vehicle. All of the people there I met were extremely nice. They honestly made the whole process painless. This was my first Hyundai and I love the Santa Fe. You can tell that they have quality vehicles. Way better than the 2018 Rav4 I was driving for a rental. Overall, I am impressed with all the new features. The adaptive cruise control is awesome. So we went to Parkway Hyundai today and we're instantly approached by a salesman who introduced himself to us as Chris. He answered all of our questions and we test drove all kinds of Tuscons with varying amounts of  features. Chris was very personable and had very detailed knowledge of each vehicle's specific features. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman. When we got back to his cubicle to begin crunching numbers, we saw Chris' many sales awards, and we weren't surprised, based on how he took care of answering all of our questions.Then, our money guy, Danny Geris walked us through the specifics of the leasing and really went to bat for us with his boss and got us a smokin' good deal.Our first Hyundai lease was simple and this one was as well. I initially made an appointment for 9:30 and the salesman did not show up after he confirmed by e-mail.  However, Matt did help me.  He is a very nice person and knew everything about the 2018 Sonata Hybrid I wanted to purchase.  I had received a OTD price before I visited this dealership.  When push came to shove, the sales manager (not Matt) told me the car had a tracker on it that could not be removed and the cost would be $895.  I told him I would only pay what I was originally e-mailed.  Terrible customer service on his part.  I felt that I was being ripped off.  After I was ready to leave, he relented and gave me the price I was quoted.This dealership is dirty.  Trash cans in the offices were full.  Walls stained.  The desk chair was torn, plastic under the office chair had a large whole in it, cleaning supplies in the corner.  Another office had a large skateboard leaning on the wall.  The furniture in the common area looked like old patio furniture. I pointed this out to the sales manager and he did seem interested.  This dealership sells some cars (Genesis) for over $70,000.  I have purchased Acuras and Infinitis and those dealerships are beautiful and always clean.  The inside of this dealership was disgraceful.The only good thing was Matt the salesman!Update,Mr. Mazumder the GM at Valencia Hyundai called me.  He had read this review and told me that they are reviewing their sales methods.  In addition, he said they had cleaned up the dealership and apologized for the way it looked.  He also told me that they are in the process of a major remodeling of this dealership which should address all the  issues I raised about the conditions of the dealership.  I did appreciate the call and the time he took with me.Second UpdateI again visited this dealership because I needed to ask Matt Randal about the navigation system.  Once again, he did a great job of showing us how to use it.  In addition, the dealership looked great.  New furniture in the lobby and clean neat offices.  I congratulate them on listening to my issues and correcting them.  I am now a fan! We bought a new car from Parkway. We love our car. However while driving it the trunk kept flapping up and down. We took it in and were given Ramy to handle our case. He was warm and friendly. He said it was a Manufacturers defect and got us a rental and put our car in the shop. When we went to pick up our car there were dog marks and scratches on it so off to the body shop it went. Rami once again got us another rental from Enterprise. Inside Parkway they have clean floors, clean bathrooms and reclining chairs that massage you. Along with that they have free snacks and coffee . The reason why we bought a new car from this dealership is because they never pressured us and they took good care of us. They explained everything and had a whole lot of patience. The manager is a Star Wars fan big time which is cool. Rami cares about people and only wants to make his customers happy. We bought the car already and most wouldn't care but this dealership wants to keep you happy. I'm very happy with this car dealership and will buy from them again very soon. I came into Hyundai just wanting to test drive a car.  I was in the market to buy but wasn't sure what I wanted.  Matt Randall was my sales guy.  He was nice, fun, and eager to please.  I drove a sports/turbo version of what I wanted.  I didn't have time to wheel & deal so I came back a day or so later.  I didn't qualify for the Elantra Sport so they found me a Elantra w/a special package.  (The absolutes I wanted wasn't standard together.)  We did the haggling with the Sales Mgr Danny, not my favorite part.  However, I knew there had to be some of that because my credit wasn't up to par (#divorce) and all I wanted to put down was my car (which also had $3200 left to be paid).  I ended up leasing and mostly getting what I wanted.  My only issue was that there was a misunderstanding regarding the Navi I wanted.  It was a miscommunication between Matt and I. I believe it was truly a mistake which he apologized for. So my advice is to pay close attention to the features when going from one model to another.  But I have lots of gadgets that I love! So, I'm very happy with my car, and with Matt.  He's been very accommodating with all my questions & concerns. This dealership is amazing. I went in with my brother earlier today--after his car got totaled in a decently unusual and unique way--and the sales team didn't even flinch before immediately trying to get him into a new car for an affordable monthly rate. They took all of his requests for interior features, exterior design, and financial boundaries into consideration before getting him into a great new car.The process was fast and easy, and both of us truly felt heard and comfortable. Kyle Weingart was the salesman who assisted us for most of the day and he was fantastic! He carefully talked us through all of the different features in several cars, broke down the various warranties associated with said cars, and walked us step by step through the financial obligations associated with each model. It was such a nice experience for both of us. Danny Geris stepped in once my brother had decided on his new 2017 Hyundai Sonata to assist in the explanation and structure of the loan to be taken out to partially finance the car. He took his time making sure we understood how monthly payments were generated in their system and how the bank creates the guidelines for a loan. He was so patient with us and truly went the extra mile to make sure that my brother could get into the car he wanted. Erik Crain (I think that's the correct spelling, but my apologies if not!) was the associate in charge of all my brother's final paperwork, and man, did his friendly demeanor and stories of shared interest go a long way! Signing all the final paperwork and sifting through pages and pages of legal documents is an extremely daunting task, but Erik made it quick and virtually effortless. He took his time explaining several features within the car that required my brother's online registration, and walked us through the basics of different kinds of protection and insurance. He and my brother are both veterans, so Erik was able to make my brother feel extremely comfortable in the space. It was such a wonderful experience for us both, honestly. We couldn't have asked for a better team or time at the dealership. I HIGHLY recommend this Hyundai Parkway location, and seriously encourage anyone who's thinking of getting themselves or someone close to them into a car to go to this dealership. Back in October we first went to Parkway to test drive the Hyundai Santa Fe and Hyundai Tucson.  We met Andrew Zamacona and he showed us the vehicles and was very knowledgeable about what each had to offer. We let him know we weren't purchasing a vehicle that day. He didn't pressure us at all or dismiss us as previous dealerships have done. He kept in contact with us, so we returned to him when he had to purchase our vehicle sooner than planned. Andrew helped us find a car that met all our needs. Best car buying experience I've ever had! (And I've had one too many) Kyle Weingart was so helpful. I had a chance to roam the lot before he approached me and once he did it was down to business. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! From the beginning of the conversation until we drove off the lot.  DAVID, the internet sales manager, was an absolute dream come true.  Here's my story, I usually do not like going to dealerships to haggle pricing or upgrades.  For the last 10 years, I've leased my cars using the magic of emails with dealerships.  I specify what I'm looking for and ask for the best price. Most often, dealership want to talk to me on the phone or have me come in.  I explain I'm too busy to spend 4 hours at a dealership but they continue to insist, until I find someone to comply.  David never insisted but simply told me that I'd get exactly what I wanted, he beat the best price I had found. He knew my time was limited, he heard me when I said I simply wanted to go in a sign the contract and drive away.  He said...No problem!  I sent him all the information needed and when we arrived, everything was ready to go.  It was amazing.  We spent about 1 hour at the dealership only because I wanted to spend some time with David.  Bonus he's personality is fantastic.  He made my wife and I feel like family, welcoming us to the dealership and teaching us amazing things about the car I was leasing. Parkway Hyundai The other day on Wednesday on our way to my sons Football practice we ended up stranded in Valencia. While other cars honked and passed us because we were blocking there was an angel who pulled over and asked if I needed help. He first pushed my vehicle out of harms way and then got on his phone and made some calls. By this time I was crying because only God know how many things we had to deal with that day. I tried to tell him ty and I could take it from there. But he didn't let me say much. He said listen I'm going to have someone bring gas and get you going. He personally put the gas in my car and tried to start it but it wouldn't start. So he then asked the other gentleman to take my niece, son and I to my sons football practice and to go to the parkway dealership to go get some wires and come back to start my car. I still can't believe. He had someone stay with me until I had a working car. He didn't have to do all of that to begin with and he did! During the whole thing I find out this man is the owner of Parkway Hyundai and other dealerships and that he is very admires because of the heart he had. That because the dealer is family owned they will do many things to get people into a new car. I wish there was a way I can pay it forward and I'm sure I will figure something out. You can't give half stars on this so I guess I am all in for the four stars.  I took my wife's car in again today.  It was in here a few weeks ago for a recall and they took care of the items and I appreciate that they keep their word and fix recalls with no hassles (saying it is wear and tear or not part of it).Today I had to come back because the airbag light was on for the past week, but Ramy got me in this morning after I called in late yesterday.  It is pretty close to my work so I can walk it in about 3 to 5 minutes depended on lights.  They fixed the issue with the airbag light and the car had a quick wash which was nice of them to do. I scheduled a test drive of the Ioniq through Edmunds and was put in touch with Andrew Z. I wasn't certain whether or not I was ready to make a purchase, but the product knowledge, attention to service and no pressure approach displayed by Andrew made the decision to buy a very easy one. The time spent with "Chi" during contract and paperwork portion of the experience was also very friendly and pleasant. The 4 star rating (instead of 5) is for 2 reasons. First, the appearance of the dealership and waiting area. It was rather dirty and the air conditioning didn't work very well. Second, the responses to my Edmunds inquiry could've been handled better. I received 4 replies from four different people at the dealership. None knew I had already spoken with Tatiana to schedule the test drive. Hands-down, the best car buying experience thus far. I had been looking for a 2017 Tucson, found one I was interested in and sent a web-inquiry about. I got a response almost immediately from someone and he took the time to go back-and-forth with me, asking specific questions as to what exactly I was looking to do. This guy kept getting back to me quickly with different options, etc. This was important to me because we live about an hour away and there's nothing worse than going back and forth on a car lot (in he heat) and I didn't want to drive all the way out on a Saturday just to get the run-around (been there, done that).Long story short, discovered that the web representative was the owner of the dealership (Steve). By the time they opened on Saturday, Steve had already passed down all of my "must haves" to the sales manager, who called to confirm that he understood everything perfectly. An hour later, they told me to come on down, they had everything ready.My husband and I arrived (skeptically); the vehicle was pulled up front with the air conditioner on. The sales manager (Vic) came out to introduce himself and a few minutes later the owner (Steve) pulled up on his day off to shake my hand. We test drove the car (I had already been researching for months so I knew exactly what I wanted).By the end of it all, they lived up to every promise they made me before I got to the dealership:-Gave me more than I expected for my trade-in-Gave me a better interest rate than I expected-Monthly payments were exactly what I asked for (down to the penny)-I didn't have to spend all day there; from beginning to end it took about 2.5 hoursDo yourself a favor and start here. Ask for Steve or Vic first so they can connect you with a sales representative who can best assist you with your specific needs. Also, so many people complain about car dealerships because they want the sun and the moon and the stars. Do yourself another favor and spend time getting very specific about your "must haves" versus your "wants". The more specific you are, the easier it is to get what you want but don't act entitled. Margins aren't nearly what you'd like to think that they are and these are businesses. Do competitive research so you know what a good deal is and what realistic expectations should be. Today November 30 2017 at 12 pm, went to Hyundai Parkway in Valencia. I have purchased and/or leased vehicles from this dealership on numerous occasions and returned because of the treatment I received. Ok, so my brother, Geoff Swearingen, is a salesman at Parkway Hyundai. He has been top salesman many times. So of course I'm going to write nice things about my own brother, Lol.  I'm taking the time to write this now because I was so impressed with Parkway Hyundai as a team and how hard they tried to work with me to get me into the right car.  I was set on a Honda but went to look at other cars just to see what else was out there. Additional salesmen helped and they showed me a beautiful pre-owned Hyundai Genesis, loaded. (The Genesis was very beautiful, but it couldn't fit in my budget. A really nice car! My friend and I shopped around various dealers on the auto strip mall here in Valencia and everywhere we went we were either met with people who pretty much didn't take us seriously just because we were first time buyers and didn't have perfect credit. Either that or they wanted to throw $500/month payments at us which was way out of our budget. Henry and his people treated us very respectfully and made us feel like our business mattered from the first moment we met them. They were very enthusiastic about helping to finance us and made us feel secure in our first car buying experience. Henry was great at making recommendations on what type of car to buy for the first time and was willing to work with us even after seeing our less than perfect credit score. He helped work out a deal that worked with our budget without crazy interest. Overall, the whole team here was very respectful and made us feel important. I was in a while ago with my 2010 Elantra to have the door handles recalled. While I was waiting I poked around trying to find a newer Elantra with updated technology. Four months later Jared contacted me last week to let me know that a 2013 used Elantra Limited had come in that was just what I was looking for. He arranged to have me come in last Saturday for a test drive. The car was exactly what I was looking for, I just had to get it within my budget. Thankfully Jared and Anthony were very accommodating. They worked very hard to get my interest rate down from 9% to 6% and then personally spoke with the banks to get it down to 3% which was amazing considering this is my first major credit purchase. Those few dollars were what made it possible for me to purchase this car with my limited budget. Jared  was awesome, answering all my questions and explaining every step of the process and they were both very polite and funny. Antonio the finance guy also helped take a lot of the stress out of purchasing. He was very easy to talk to and also explained everything thoroughly. I just came home with my new Genesis lease and I am surprisingly pleased with the experience at Parkway Hyundai. I communicated with several dealerships that were closer to me, but everyone felt a little slippery, a little evasive about the deal I'd receive. After a great conversation with David Givens, I decided to make the longer trip to Santa Clarita for my trade in and new lease. I've most often chosen to get a car broker so I wouldn't have to deal with the usual treatment of being a single woman trying to negotiate a good deal, but the folks at Parkway Hyundai treated me with great respect and there were no frustrating surprises with the cost of my vehicle. It truly was like going to a small town and getting that personalized experience that you just don't see anymore. Even the owner of the dealership, Steve, was genuinely a friendly, personable guy. Last year my wife and I were on vacation Traveling from Folsom to Mexico and my Infinity stared to over heat and break down. I was on a budget and it's never a good time but not on vacation. I managed to drive up over the grapevine and drop the infinity off at a shop in Santa Clarita/Valencia that just closed. it was a Friday about 5 pm and just missed them. I had to leave the car and drop the keys in a box till they could look at it Monday. Since we were on vacation to Mexico we had to get a rental and keep going. Monday the shop called and said my Infinity was shoot, head gasket blown, engine damage serious. 5K for a new engine. On our way back up we stopped at every dealer in the area, Volkswagen, nice guys but I really didn't want a Jetta, Toyota, no extras and way over priced! Nissan, would not deal, they were training a new guy and I really didn't have time to have him run back talk to the manager every time a question was asked, they were way over priced and the manager was a dick. We finally went to Hyundai last and that was because I had a feeling they would help us out. They not only helped us but didn't try to use our situation against us since we were kind of stuck with out a car. They bought my broken car and payed off the loan amount, gave us a 0 down and incentives and made my first payment just to mention a few things. The manager and sales team made us feel so good about going with Hyundai and all the offerings it really made the situation a positive one after all the stress and trouble we had gone through. We actually saved money we thought we'd spend and had a few days to enjoy the area and at least salvage some of our vacationstress free and driving around town going to dinner in a new ride. I most likely will come back down south when my lease expires and pick out a Santa Fe or New SUV next time. More...

Thank you Parkway Hyundai for such a fantastic car!!  My salesman Henry Sanabria and sales manager Diego absolutely made this purchase and experience wonderful!!  They understood that my vehicle needs recently changed and it was imperative that I trade in my recently purchased SUV (bummer on the negative equity...ugh) for a more gas efficient car.  I prepared for a painful pounding on the financing due to the upside down status of my trade.  I was relieved to find them helpful in having me evaluate my needs and choose a vehicle that exceeded my expectations!!!!  They made sure my every concern was addressed and even threw in a few extras for me....out of their own commission!!  While shopping around the lot the owner of the company (Steve...I think lol) a very friendly and cordial gentleman came to speak with me regarding my car purchasing experience!  I was elated to have the opportunity to speak to the professionalism of both Henry and Diego.  Not your typical car sales professionals! Than you Parkway Infiniti for a terrific and transparent buying experience. MyFriend was looking for a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and after calling few Hyundai dealerships and getting the typical common down and we will work it out speech I got a straightforward answer from Diego Cervantes, sales Manager at the dealership. He explained to me they are family owned dealership and in a small community so customer service is priority. I told him if we  come over and drive allfrom the valley I don't want any funny business. He assured the best buying experience and he backed it up by making the process straight forward and efficient. It was worth the drive and will be recommending friends and family their way.P.S. Purchased a new Hyundai Sonata hybrid from Nikki Maki.  After visiting another dealership without success as they would not give me a price over the phone to start the ball rolling; Nikki had left me a voice message with a good quote. The next morning she left me another quote that was acceptable.  She also tried to reach me via email a couple of times.  She was very proactive.  Since I was to be in her town that day, I gave the other company until noon to contact me before I would commit to see Nikki.  They didn't so I called and asked if I could stop by.  She agreed to meet me after lunch and welcomed me and my boy in the show room.  After showing me the vehicle for which I called.  She took me to the office and secured the financing that I was seeking.  While wrapping up the contract the other company left me a voice message that said that his General Manager said that I could only get a price quote from them if I was personally in their office.  Instead I signed the contract with Nikki and became the happy owner of a new car.  She and her team made purchasing a vehicle very simple and easy.Thank you Nikki and Michael (Hyundai's GM) for the terrific service and the full tank of gas! When we arrived, we were greeted by Henry.  He was beyond what anyone could ask for as far as patience, and knowledge of the vehicle.  I ended up taking 3 test drives over 2 days with my father in law then mother in tow for a 2nd opinion and he was never bothered about it.  The customer service was exemplary.  When it came to the negotiations, Mike was Great!  I was dreading having to go through the whole procedure but they made it GREAT!  I was running out of the dealership yahooing over my new car.  I ended up with the 2013 Hyundai Sonata and after two days of test driving, they have the best financing, and can't beat the 10 year warranty.  I highly recommend. I was very skeptical about car dealerships, but I had a very good, seamless experience and I love my brand new Sonata!By using a car buying negotiator (cahpow.com), I was able to negotiate the best price in town and after she called over 10 dealerships, Parkway Hyundai's price was far and away the best. I thought their price was a gimmick that would merely be used to get me in the door. I imagined that as soon as I walked in they would slap on hundreds, if not thousands to the sticker price "after speaking with their manager". To my very pleasant surprise, the price agreed upon over the phone was the exact price I received when I left the dealership. Henry was very nice to deal with, as was Michael Roth (general manager) and Adriana N. (the finance person). Perhaps I just got lucky, but my car-buying experience was better than even the best case scenario I had imagined. More...

When I bought my car there, it was a great experience...not the typical car salesman type pressure. Today I brought my car in for its first service since I purchased it and right from the start, Samuel, my service agent was very nice and courteous. I sat in their waiting room and used their free customer internet to do some work so the time wasn't wasted justed sitting around. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Phil was my salesman and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel comfortable in our decision. There was never any pressure or guilt trips that the other salesmen at dealerships nearby give. He even went so far as to drive my husband to the DMV when we needed last minute paperwork for our trade, program our bluetooth and our favorite radio stations into our new car, and turned my usual dealership nightmares into a fun experience. First I want to say that my husband and I test drove the 2011 Elantra and 2011 Prius at a different dealership before we concluded that the Elantra was the best purchase for our family. That process was also painless because we made it clear we had not come to buy but to test drive. But on to my review of Parkway! This is the second Hyundai we have purchased and the first at Parkway Hyundai. Danika Maki (Nikki) is the saleswoman who assisted us in the purchase. We went thru AAA's website to get the discount and the total amount of time we spent was 2.5 hours - including filling out the paperwork with Emmy in the finance department.  Nikki and Emmy made the process absolutely painless and worth recommending.  The 2011 Elantra gets 40mpg on the freeway and is one of the nicest cars in its class. It feels like a $30K car!  The warranty and safety features also distinguish it from other models in the under $20K price range.  Nikki was personable, truthful and worthy of our business.
