Interval training workouts with a mix of boxing, strength, and cardio training.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The battle for how our bodies look is won in the kitchen. The battle for what our bodies can do is won with training. Finding the best balance for us is what makes us healthy.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and introducing them to the benefits and fun that come along with boxing interval training!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Years of working part time at Title Boxing Club in Cary allowed me to gain the experience I needed begin leading more training sessions on my own. At the same time I began doing more coaching of middle and high school basketball teams. I was fortunate enough to be successful at both. Maybe because of my passion for both. I quickly realized I was meant to do both. It took some time to prepare and shift from my corporate career but I knew it was the right move for me. I love meeting knew people and helping them find fun in improving their health and fitness. My clients tend to like my creative approaches to workouts and most love all that comes along with boxing! it's been a great move for me and I am just getting started!
Why should our clients choose you?
My goal is to make workouts fun and effective. I work to challenge my clients and show my clients the rewards of learning to challenge themselves. I encourage group training when possible to reduce costs and build team accountability.

A combination of boxing, cardio, and strength training intervals modified to fit each individual to deliver a great total body burn! Workouts are geared to each group. Boxing is not required but that's what most clients love the most!

Group Boxing Workouts
Learn how to catch punches using mitts/pads and strike pads/mitts with boxing gloves. Half the time is spent catching punches with mitts/pads and the other half is spent striking with boxing gloves.
Onsite Boxing Workouts & Training
A super charged mix of boxing fitness and interval training! No need to waste time getting to the gym! We will bring the workouts to you so that you can get more out of your time! Workouts in the neighborhood or by the community pool! Training in the office meeting space, lobby, or outdoor facilities! Workouts at the field or soccer park while the kids are at practice! Pick the perfect time and location and we will handle the rest!
