Our mission is to offer customers friendly service and reasonable prices in addition to quality workmanship.
We are happy to service all standard PC’s including desktop and laptop computers, Macintosh computers in most cases, as-well-as some notebooks and tablets.

Dennis did a great job of cleaning up my computer after it had been hacked by a very bad person! After the initial fix didn't do the trick, I took it back and he reinstalled Windows, went over everything with me and made changes to suit me. I'm older and want everything "like it was". Dennis was very patient with me and explained how to do things easier. He refused any additional payment (the first fix was very reasonable charge) which I would have been very willing to pay. He works out of his house, but does a much better job than the business that members of my family used originally. He fixed my computer quickly at a great price. Dennis was awesome. I'm definitely a layman when it comes to my understanding of how to fix PC issues. So it was important to find someone who could help. Dropped of my PC and he got back to me a few hours later with a no-nonsense quote. He ID'd the problem, which turned out to be a fix that was too expensive a part to bother with fixing. (Might as well just get a new one at that point). But he didn't charge me for the diagnosis, and drop off/pick up was no hassle. What do you love most about your job?
I love to change people's perception of what a computer repair experience can be.
Most people dread it since the process usually involves a person with zero people skills mocking them for not knowing what they're doing.
It then concludes with a bill that is generally more than the cost of a new computer!
I don't expect you to know anything about computers, that's MY job!
I don't ever surprise customers with a bill, they always know what it's going to cost BEFORE they decide to move forward.
All-in-all it is the best experience one can have, while facing a broken computer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to repair computers for friend and family. Then I started repairing the computers for a Friend of a Friend, and their friends.
I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
I awoke one morning to head off for my normal 9-to-5 job, and realized I had amassed 8+ hours worth of computers to fix.
Why on earth shouldn't I just stay home and fix them... so I did!
I haven't been back to a 9-to-5 since :D
Why should our clients choose you?
Anybody can fix your computer. The kid next door, A trained monkey.
Why not go with a person that cares, loves his job, and charges fair prices.
It doesn't hurt any that Friend of a Friend Computers is currently Spokane's #1 Ranked computer repair :D
