I made the mistake of hiring a contractor via Thumbtack to refinish my hardwood floors. Not too long afterwards my floors looked pretty much worse than they did before they were refinished. I then went to Yelp and found Flip2 Hardwood. I met with Vinnie who explained the technique was done completely wrong (which I figured). He felt confident that he could transform my floors and that's exactly what he did. Vinnie and his workers were professional and took pride in keeping the dust to a minimum and protected my walls which I appreciated. I love my floors so much and I'm so glad I went with them. Requested a Yelp quote a few months ago and received a quick response. Finally decided to get my floors done and give Flip2 hardwood a call. It took a few tries to get a response but when we finally did, everything was such a smooth process. We wanted to get our floors resanded and refinished as soon as possible. Vinny did not hesitate to accommodate our schedule to get them done (especially on Labor day weekend)! Not to mention they also start very early in the morning, which we didn't expect, they offered to come back and help move any furniture. Vinny gave recommendations and never tried to upsell you. I can't not give Vinny 5 stars! I tried to refinish my stairs myself which resulted in a less than desirable outcome (A for effort, maybe ). So on a Thursday morning I called Vinny and asked if there was any chance he could come on Friday to save my stairs before a new runner was being laid down that Saturday. He said no problem. I sent some pictures, he gave me a very reasonable quote and Friday night when I got home, I was absolutely thrilled with the results. My wife and I will definitely be calling Vinny again when we are ready to refinish our 2nd floor wood floors. I will not attempt to do them myself! We got 4 bids to refinish our floors and install hardwood in half of the master (to match what was already there) and this was the best price. We were iffy because we didn't want "cheap" results, but we were very price conscience.I am happy to report we LOVE our refinished hardwood floors and the floor in the master is almost a perfect match. There should be 10 starts for Vin and his team. They are master craftsmen, reliable, prompt, and immaculate workmen. The owner Vin is always accessible by phone and voicemails were return immediately. They sanded, stained, and polyurethaned (3 coats) our 23 year old hardwood floors and they now look like they were just installed. Flip2floors,  Vinny was great. Showed up for the estimate on time and was 20% less than the next closest bid.  Emailed a quote and was easy to contact via cell phone.  Showed up and his works were polite and neat. They made sure the rooms not being redone were sealed off and they cleaned up afterwards.  Floors look great and job was done in time.  Just be prepared to sleep somewhere else for 3 days due to fumes but that was expected and we were fine with it.  All in all a great job.  Thanks Vinny More...

We are so lucky we found Vinny at Flip2 Hardwood.  We needed the floors in our apartment "freshened up" and since we had just bought the apartment we didn't want to spend thousands of dollars - Vinny came by and provided a reasonable estimate.  The floors were engineered wood and rather then try to convince us to spend unnecessary money he had a few suggestions on how to get the look we wanted without breaking the bank.  Vinny was profession, courteous and he was able to get the job done on schedule.  The entire apartment was spotless when his team left and to top it off his pricing was competitive compared to the other estimates we received.  We have referred him to family members that will be using him later this month.  You can't go wrong!
