While working for a major national automotive brand, we brought Ryan in to photograph headshots for everyone at the company during our annual meeting, as well as multiple small groups of new hires throughout the year. He also setup lighting and produced a large outdoor group photo of around 50 people.He was always communicative so we knew what he needed concerning logistics, as he set up on site. We also had clear expectations for delivery, which was prompt. He even provided our photos in advance of the date he estimated. The photos were uniform and clean, which is precisely what we asked for. Ryan was great helping those who were uncomfortable in front of a camera to feel good. At the first of this year, I had an opportunity to have my photo in Forbes. I was sick because in my 44 years of career growth in my industry I have had my photo taken by numerous professional photographers throughout the nation and was still using one from 1997, which was the only one I liked. So I had a professional photographer take photos for an hour and still had to submit my old photo, telling them I did not have a current photo. Then I got two emails this month—a local paper wanted my photo for a write up and Forbes wanted my current photo for their website. They both wanted them within weeks. Sitting at my desk on a Wednesday, I was desperate and resulted to prayer! Then I googled “Top Head Shots”in North Carolina. That’s when I read about FENIX. Although they were located in Charlotte, I would drive anywhere! Thank God Ryan worked me in that Friday! He utilized Equipment, Methods, and Techniques never used in any other headshots of my life! When you are in a panic for an amazing headshot, he is the “EMT” (superb equipment, methods, techniques and talent) of Headshots! In less than an hour, I had the best headshot of my life! My husband, who was with me, helped me pick from all the photos and positions. I could run for President with any of the proofs because they were all that great! I called my team from the car as we left and planned to have Ryan come to our practice and give them the amazing headshot photos they deserve. The best news is when I woke up THE NEXT DAY, I had an email from Ryan with the completed download of my beautiful, amazing headshots! I know this is long, but I know there are other individuals like me out there missing out on great PR because we don’t have a photo to portray who we are and what we are about. I now have that photo. Booking with Ryan is a breeze. He is helpful, responsive and flexible. He will come to you, letting you know in advance the space he will need to set up - he brings everything. He also has a studio where you can send your make-ups in the event someone important is absent or if you don't have the space to accommodate. I have hired Fenix Fotography each year since 2011 to photo-document the annual convention I've been coordinating for more 13 years.
